It's pure homerism to assume that the Cowboys are going to start dominating just because they had one good game. They are in a worse position than the Giants and Redskins right now bottom line.

But yes, he is awful.

Not saying dominating, history shows the Cowboys have played very well coming off the bye and by that I mean after their bye they seem to string together a few wins. The Cowboys are 16-5 coming off bye weeks. So I fully expect more of the same. The defense is starting to wake up and the offense is doing the same RW11 looks like he's finally doing what he should have been doing from the start. The offense has already faced Brian Orakpo, Julius Peppers and Mario Williams and Romo has been sacked just once so I'm hopeful the line can keep that going. Foster was the first RB to run for 100yds since willis mcgahee did it in 08. Last season after their bye Dallas won 5 of their 6 games. Yea sure I'm basis but its not like I'm just pulling unfounded reasons out to support my belief.Ænima said:The Eagles played a very good game last week but that didn't help them today. Yeah I quoted Erin Brockovich. So what, wanna fight about it?

Meh. No hate intended, it's just a funny image considering the type of night the poor guy had. I certainly don't wish the guy any ill will. I've seen my fair share of Manning-face images to last me a lifetime thank you very much. So alls fair in love and football.Buckethead said:That's some hateful shit.

I hate poutface as much as the next guy but damn. That's some hateful shit.
Guys have been surprisingly responsive post-concussion this season as well so I don't see Cutler being out for an entire season. I do think that last shot Ross got on him was the cause (as he banged his head on the turf pretty damned hard) but I've seen worst hits on the QB and guys coming back pretty quickly. I'd say Jay will likely miss the next game which is pretty standard for a concussion (at least a two week recovery) and should be back the game afterwards.TheGreatMightyPoo said:He could be out a week to the whole season.

TheGreatMightyPoo said:I guess so.
Also, I don't think he has had concussions before and that matters a lot.
I know they shut down Hunter Hillenmeyer for the year but he had numerous ones in his career and he never got over the symptoms.
Plus, he's a linebacker and that's even scarier.
Cutler will probably be day to day but I am in no hurry to have him back though the team's chances without him aren't promising, especially not with Todd 160 Year Vet Collins.
Hanie has a lot of talent but hasn't had the prep work under this offense.

Book I read says it came out to a TD 1 in 20 times when used, a first down 1 in 4, and averaged 4.6 yards per attempt so I assume there is a role for it in the NFL but personnel should be considered a bit more closely when doing so.
TheGreatMightyPoo said:I fucking hate the Bears when they run that but only for two reasons:
Everyone knows it's a run play
and
Only Ronnie Brown can run it.

wtf @ our offense. id say run more but bradshaw and jacobs are literally just trolling us at this point with the fumbles so i dont even fucking know
I won't be surprised if he got his bell rung a little earlier than we are suspecting. That is the only explanation I can come up with because Cutler has never been afraid to start slanging it in the face of pressure. Sometimes when you get that mild concussion early on the game becomes a little too fast for the qb and they just stand there a little too long with that confused look on their face.TheGreatMightyPoo said:A bit of both but a lot of him actually having some time and not throwing the fucking ball or taking off down the field.
On replays, it showed the Giants played very well in the secondary but there were open guys at times and Cutler seemed like all of a sudden he's afraid to throw interceptions.
Throw the ball away then or run with it.
So you're saying he was mildly concussed for all of last season?bionic77 said:I won't be surprised if he got his bell rung a little earlier than we are suspecting. No because he was slanging the fuck out of the ball last season and for the majority of the career. Last night he was just looking confused and kept holding onto the ball. I never knew him to be afraid to put it up for grabs.Chairman85 said:So you're saying he was mildly concussed for all of last season?
