You're obviously one of those Pens fans who thinks their team can do no wrong, and yet if Crosby got rammed head first into the boards like that you'd be on here in a heartbeat demanding a 10 game suspension. Show some class and admit one of your players got away almost scot-free with a very dangerous hit.

I'll wait until it happens first. Maybe he could have breakout season and do it but until he even hits 30 goals I'm not going to ever agree with 40 "easily". That's straight up delusional. Even if he hit 30 exactly I'd be more inclined but not "easily". Him being on a lower line probably helps his scoring too since he has easier match ups since your trying to match your D against Malkin and Crosby lines not Staal on the third line. Again, I'm not saying he's talented but I don't agree with that assessment at all.

Also, Spire, if Staal can hit 40 "easily" than he's better than Malkin or Crosby and should be our #1 since Malkin and Crosby both have only one season each of getting at least 40 goals.
