I don't expect too much out of this conference, now that we already know about MH and the 2nd analog. 4WoL2 might show up here, or at TGS, going by those rumors. If there is a revision coming in the near future, I have a feeling that they will not announce it now so close to the holiday season if its coming out in 2012. Doubt there will be anything WiiU related at all, maybe some third parties will talk about it at TGS.

Would be nice if that BK rumor were true, but it appears to be fake so whatever.

3. OMG I can't believe they announced a new <Franchise X> game instead of <Franchise Y> game. they're shit. they dont know what we true fans want. Seriously I'm selling my 3DS & never buying another Nintendo console.
4. Gah, it was just some stupid Pokemon spin off who no one wants. The new Pokemon look crap anyway. I liked 1st gen with Ditto. Seriously regretting getting a 3DS now!!!!!!!!!

And that sums up GAF posts for the last two weeks. Microsoft can state they will launch Sesame Street on the Kinect as a killer app and people wouldn't exaggerate as badly as above.

Having worked for Ben & Jerry's I'm actually flabbergasted that they're making "shweddy balls" and can see it being renamed very shortly as well. I can't even believe that, it's so much more blatant than Clusterfluff. (I'm not offended at all, just really amazed that they're actually calling it that.)

this is just to show off some software, an 'amazing conference' has no real importance. we already know what the holiday season will look like in japan, with lots of releases, so I for one expect this to be a fairly low-key confirmation of that

This conference will directly influence my spending habits next payday. Been on the edge of buying a 3DS now for a while, a few good announcements (Youtube and a decent messaging system) will make me pull the trigger.

As far as predictions - I think they are going to announce orange and purple 3DSs, and possibly a pink one!
