Just to be clear, I am not a panties expert or anything. I just thought this was pretty interesting and amazing.

Anyway, most GG players probably already knew this, but for those that didn't know...

So apparently in the arcade version of GUILTY GEAR Xrd REVELATOR, Jam's panties and selected colors will varies depending on the day of the week.

According to GGXX/Xrd Wiki :
Basic design of the panties changes each day of the week
And the "main color" is determined by selecting the character's color

List of panties for each day...

was playing random MAME beat-em-ups on my CRT+retropi setup and found another great butt attack move I'd never seen:

(game is "Undercover Cops" -- apparently the home SNES version didnt' have the same butt attack as the arcade??)

Anyhow, dug a little into the game's history and found that her character art on the cabinets and booklets, pretty cool retro style.

and they made a short manga after the game, guess what move is featured prominently in her introduction, lol

EDIT: just read the following pages and it's more perverse than expected, this man is a proxy for half of our thread viewers

and then here's excerpts of game creator's interview I found:

We made the "banpuu" [bump] attack (Rosa's flying butt/hip attack) because we thought jump kicks had become cliche in beat em ups: every damn game in the market featured them. When I talked with the designers about what we could do, I suggested, "how about banpuu?" At first there was a lot of resistance: "huh? banpuu?" But I guess since Rosa's a girl, it was all good.

There was no actual model for Rosa. She resembles certain characters I would often draw in manga comics I made for myself, as a hobby. Currently she runs a lingerie shop, but she doesn't wear it. Well, ok, maybe under her jeans she does. If those jeans start getting worn down, it could be trouble…

More gacha games should do like Dragon's Sword. Turn a gacha game into a single player game but remove the gambling for waifus and the most popular ones are permanent party members and the rest can be temporary ones or quest giving NPCs.
