Has there been a lot of talk about Andy LaRoche yet? I haven't heard anything, but with Betemit struggling I can't imagine they'd wait much longer.

Everyone keeps asking but Little says he will stick with Betemit because he is out of options so they would lose him on waivers. I guess Little is hoping Betemit will show some power sooner or later, He has been solid defensively though.

White Sox shitty offense strikes again after an error and a walk!

every page I want to post about how shitty the Reds are doing, then I scroll down to that chick and I just lose focus.

I hope the next crowd at the Cell firebombs our entire outfield after Dye is safe. Our offense is the worst in the AL right now, and it shouldn't be that way.

Holy shit........Colter "Fat ****" Bean started today!?!?!?!

If you told me that dude would have been starting games for the NYY when we were at Auburn I would have laughed my ass off..........

There is no such thing as too much "track broad." She makes this thread infinitely awesome, whereas it was just extremely awesome before.
When you used to run track and come from a family of brothers/sisters who were athletically inclined that sight becomes routine. I ran track in high school and saw stuff like that almost daily. The lack of raw athletic ability here isn't my fault, I did my part. :D

Most of the time the kids who do track and field in high school are the ones that couldn't cut it in any sports when they were younger.

? I'm not understanding your post. You mean younger than the time they're in high school? Because that's probably true at that time but not during high school/college. If anything I've seen guys on the football/baseball team run track because they have blazing speed and view track as "a hobby"/thing to get a scholarship on (annoyed me). I played a ton of sports myself but at least the times I ran track I devoted myself to it.

Mets win 5-3 over D-backs, John Maine's numbers:

Code:
                         IP H	R E BB SO HR	PC-ST	ERA
J Maine (W, 5-0)	6.0	6	1	1	1	7	0	99-61 1.37
Thank you, Omar. Do it Kuroyume!

EDIT:

Franco's homer extended his record of being the oldest to homer in the majors, at 68 years, 8 months and 12 days.
Fixed.

Is Maine under contract? Because if not, time to lock him down while we can still get him on the cheap.

I just hope the guy had those two moles removed from his face. Thats cause enough to have Loduca issue some bad pitch selections tomorrow night.
