Oh, and I actually have a good story about Stinnett:
When he was the backup catcher on the D-Backs in either 1999 or 2000, I had front row seats down the right field side at the Cell, just a bit down from the visiting team's dugout.
Before the game, he was playing catch with the starting pitcher, just loosening up. At that time all the parks were handing out the little All-Star ballot things that you punch out and turn in at special stands set up all around the park.
Well, after he got done warming up and was walking to the dugout for something, I yell "HEY KELLY! STINNETT!" And he looks at me and my friend and starts walking toward us, like we wanted an autograph or something. When he's literally within an arm's length, my friend points to the All-Star ballot and says "Why isn't your name on here?"
He gives us a real dirty stare for a solid 5-10 seconds and walks back to the bullpen.
He ended up hitting a home run in that game =(
