:lol :lol :lol It's like a carbon copy of game three...except the Nets are hitting EVERYTHING from the three point zone tonight.

So...what's new guys?

Yeah, just got back from Albany. What a joke of a game. What a joke of the series the Heat played. At the end of the 3rd, I looked over at my friend and said, "we're gonna lose again." Another pitiful 3rd quarter performance did us in. I know Hubie was talking about 4th quarter performance, but you don't need to come on strong in the 4th if you consistently blow the 3rd. It's an issue of coaching. Not that Riles isn't still my all-time favorite hoops coach, and not that he can't coach a team. But you have to get your boys motivated for the second half. We've come out of the half flat in all four games, and hoping to claw back points in the fourth is just asking for trouble.

Swept on our ****ing home court. Embarassed in every way. Just outplayed, outhustled and outscored by a Bulls team that is probably gonna get massacred by Detroit. I know it was different during the season, but I just don't see anyone beating Detroit this year. Hell, I have them pegged for the championship. That's a team built for playoff basketball IMO.

So, the 2006 NBA Finals Champions of the World Miami Heat are now spectators. Worst title defense ever. My only hope is that Golden State rubs out Dallas so then both Finals teams from last year would have suffered similar fates this season. That's the only thing that could possibly make me feel better. Between this and the Dolphins pulling bonehead moves in the draft, I have gotten a swift kick to the gut this weekend. *sigh* Next year will be our year. PEACE.

I can't believe the Raptors aren't getting up for a series against Vince Carter. They look like they're not even trying! What a bunch of bums.

Probably cause none of the current players were around for the Mr.Glass era in Toronto.

The only thing worse than the Lakers losing to a team with Raja Bell on it is seeing Konex's comments afterwords. :(

Though in this case Mitch might need to go. If he doesn't get any decent talent around Kobe next year they should trade him to a better team so his talents don't go to waste. As an added benefit we won't need to see Konex as a Lakers fan either.

Bruce Willis was the only reason worth watching this game.

While I am still going to hold out hope for a come back by the Raptors in the next three games, the upside of the Raptors losing the series is that Smitch would probably not have his contract renewed.

Don't hold your breath for a Raptors comeback. They're done. They've already showed that they don't care about winning. It's over.

Its amazing that I'm looking forward to the Warriors/Mavs game more than I am Rockets/jazz tomorrow night.

As a die-hard Rockets fan,I'm disturbing myself.

I wonder how Fifty is taking this, the way the Rockets have played I'll soon be joining him in drinking away the pain!

maybe even throw some Xanax into the mix.

I watched the first three quarters. After the first half, I was thinking "This is pretty much like game 3. We're either going to blow them out or lose" and at the end of the third quarter I had to leave, and they were down by 4, I knew it was over.

We had no fight this season. I have no doubt that Riley is blowing up the team---you can book it that Payton and Zo, and maybe Walker will not be back. I'm sad about Zo...he was the face of our franchise for a while. Who the **** will take over when Shaq gets his annual mega injury now?

I'm pretty sure Eddie won't be back. As I've seen before, he's a great regular season performer...and Walker? Hell, if he plays the way he did this series on a regular basis, he's welcome back. And Jason Williams? He was a disappearing act.

The Bulls proved that not only did they want it more, they were the more superior team this year.

Well...Dorell for MVP in 2008?

What about James Posey? U think he's gonna be back or end up getting traded?

Against Houston, I always believed the Mavs were the better team and would come back to win the series.

This year, I don't feel that same way. GS is the better team.

This has nothing to do with mental toughness or any of those buzzwords. It has all to do with the Warriors' athleticism and the mavs inability to prevent penetration. We brought Devean George and Buckner for defense and they haven't done shit.

Hate to say I told you so...but I told you raps fans, they just cant hang with the Nets. To much inexperience.

The amazing thing is that Raptor fans wanted this matchup. Nevermind that the Wizards were flaming out down the stretch and missing their two big guns. Oh no, you wouldn't want that now. "YES WE CAN STICK IT TO VINCE AND FINALLY EXCORCISE OUR DEMONS, YES!!!" It's just incredible.

Now a Raptors season that was full of magic, hope and promise, is on the verge of being ended by arguably the most hated athlete in Toronto history. And this is what you wanted?

Be careful what you wish for.

And :lol :lol :lol @ Charles Barkley

Exactly how I feel...except, replace die-hard Rockets fan with die-hard Pistons fan. I haven't missed a Mavs/GS game yet, but I've missed quite a bit of the Magic/Pistons series.

Mavs v. Golden State is just exciting basketball. I'd love to see GS v. Phoenix :D

As a fan, I want Posey back. I mean...what does he do wrong, besides miss shots? He flops well, doesn't make as many dumbass passes and anyone else on the team, and plays decent defense.

I really want to see him as a backup...to Dorell Wright. Yes, Dorell hasn't really done shit yet, but in the times I've seen him, I think he's capable of the starting gig alongside Flash. We'd have a pretty explosive backcourt with that, and if it's obvious that it fails, then whatever, start Posey.

Shaq's kind of the question mark...what do we do with him here? He's still capable of doing a lot, but is he getting bored or something? Or maybe tired? I don't know, he's still one of the top centers when he feels like it.

We still have Williams and Walker under contract though...dunno. Walker for Marion!?!?

I think Golden State would actually beat Phoenix.

GS could attack Nash every single time. Baron Davis would abuse Nash. Same thing what Warriors do against Dirk.

Yeah, I remember that GS/Phx game about a month ago when Golden State just came out of the gate on fire. As a huge Pistons fan, I live out my dream of an exciting offense through watching Golden State and Phoenix.

"Golden State has good looking celebrity fans now? WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?"

:lol :lol :lol

That was awesome :lol

Man, I can't wait for this game. I wanna see if Golden State and sustain this crazy pace. Barkley is hilarious. He's in the middle of a sentence; "...is that Jessica Alba?!?!"

I understand Harris flops A LOT, but I don't think that was a flop. Baron Davis is like 40 pounds stronger of pure muscle going at a full speed at Harris.

If you're going to argue, argue that it was a blocking foul, not a flop.
