Bog game for the Mets tonight. Clayton Kershaw vs. John Maine, and since Kershaw is a lefty that means The Irregulars (Tatis, Easley, Castro & maybe Evans) will all be in the lineup. Lefties Schneider and Chavez definitely won't start; would Willie play Delgado though? If Mets can take this game they're sweeping this series, and you can lock it up.
Hey Clayton Kershaw made it to the majors. I remember watching a highschool game of his. He was pretty good.

I have a feeling that this Marlins Phillies weekend is going to be all about the long ball. The weekend's best match-up as already proved exciting in the 1st with the Fish up 3 - 0.

10cent head at it again. I hate this pussy and with Happ coming up next year he's expendable..

Still a lot of game left though.

Looks like A-rod has his swing back all these balls have been smoked by him.

Mike Mussina has some horrible luck sometimes. He's like the polar opposite of Andy Pettitte.
A error that should of been a double play ball, a ground ball to third which would be a double play ball in most other stadiums, a seeing eye single, another ball which would probably be a double play but Jeter had to dive to get it becuase of the astroturf then another single......fucking Duncan.

Edit: WTF at that catch

Edit2: Is Duncan injured!!!!

Great..extra innings, on the road. This won't end well.

edit: damn escobar almost pulled off his "steal while the pitcher is not paying attention" again. Didn't work. :(

SNY with the ultimate hex before the game. They posted some stats on our bullpen's performance the past few games, as soon as I saw them I knew we were do for an implosion.

/sigh

another 1 run loss on the road.

There is a definite grit deficiency syndrome for the Bravos this season.
indeed. They need to trade for some grit, who is player that has the most "grit" in the majors?

The new guy owns everyone, I'm actually in the top 5 (shock), and after a slow start Frankman seems to be picking up the slack. Also, at the end of May we're nearly halfway towards last year's mark of 22k.

Also, this thread needs more Sylar.

Hanley's x-rays were negative. Hopefully he plays tomorrow. Dude took a line drive straight to the arm.

And the O's are imploding.

I swear to God if I see another ad for Polaris fucking ATVs, or fucking Auto Trader ads between at bats I am going to go insane. It is like Rogers doesn't want anyone to watch Blue Jays games.

This kid is awesome. Now if only we had a real manager...

I'm in the camp that a team with a good manager and a team with a bad manager creates a 5-win difference.

BRUUUUUUUUUCE.

You gotta think the reds are going to be a dominant team in the next few years, with all this amazing young talent.

Dude, I knew he sounded fuckin familiar...I hear his voice everyday in MLB 08 :lol

Thanks. And I can actually stand him live on TV, weird.
