wtf Reyes 3RD???? So a 33-game reached safely streak, 17-game hit streak, high Wins Shares Ratio plus a phenomenal Skittles-to-EXICTING average mean NOTHING!!
Bull. If that's the case get Ryan Howard and Cecil Fielder Supersize the hell off that ballot. And Pat Burrell for good measure. I'll have you know Reyes still has a good Runs Saved number even with his errors.Zep said:Not when he's playing like Hanley jr. in the field :lol
PHILADELPHIA (AP)Ken Griffey Jr., one homer shy of 600, is not expected to start for the Cincinnati Reds for the second consecutive day.
The 38-yea-old outfielder played in 54 of Cincinnatis first 57 games, but he sat out of the first game of a four-game series against the Philadelphia Phillies on Monday night because of general soreness.
Reds manager Dusty Baker said Griffey could be back in the lineup Wednesday night and was available to pinch hit on Tuesday.
The only other players to hit 600 homers are Barry Bonds, Hank Aaron, Babe Ruth, Willie Mays and Sammy Sosa.
Griffey hit homer No. 599 against Atlanta on Saturday, but missed a chance to reach the milestone in front of his hometown fans.

If I lived near Tampa I wouldn't pay money to see games in that hole if it was the best team in beisbol (so like now I guess...) on principle. That shit is Montreal level embarrassing and it doesn't even snow there.
I'm curious as to how the A's will do in the Parking Lot with a mayor. The Bay Area is a good sports town, it's just that the Black Hole is ass to watch baseball in.

Yeah to bad he will be out by the 4th inning.captmcblack said:Joba escapes relatively unscathed.
[EDIT: Slider's not working great. Use a different pitch, Joba!]

God, Chase Utley all of a sudden is as scary a hitter as Albert Pujols. The kind of hitter where you let a sigh of relief after a double.
