Mama Smurf, I think it'd be better if we drop the argument, it could go on forever. You make some good arguments, and so do I (atleast I think I do

). Besides, there's also the emotional aspect of it, I just never though Ooijer would leave us like this.
Anyway, with the transferfees of Ooijer and Vennegoor we will have gotten close to €10m. Not all of that will be spend, but Westerhof (president of PSV) and Koeman have already stated they will buy a replacement for Vennegoor.
Well, on to the CL draw. I'll take them apart one by one (bolded ones advance, italic one goes to UEFA cup):
GROUP A
Barcelona
Chelsea
Bremen
Levski
Barca and Chelsea meet again. Whatever results they get against eachother, they'll both qualify. Werder could prove an outsider though, and shouldn't be underestimated. Levski shouldn't be too much of a problem, although in Sofia any team can have a rough match.
GROUP B
Internazionale
Bayern
Sporting
Spartak Moskva
Clear-cut favorites are Inter and Bayern, I don't think anyone is going to argue that. Now who'll get third place? I'm betting on Spartak. They have some great strikers (Cavanaghi anyone?), and I think an overall edge over Sporting.
GROUP C
Liverpool
PSV
Bordeaux
Galatasaray
Liverpool are the one and only favorite here. Still, they could have problems with any of the other teams in their away matches. PSV for example beat AC milan 1-0 at home, and playing in Turkey is always very hectic. PSV, Bordeaux and Galatasaray will be fight for second place, with me giving PSV the edge over Bordeaux, and giving Bordeaux the edge over Galatasaray. Funny fact: Galatasaray's current trainer (Belgian coach Eric Gerets) was once player (85-92) and coach (99-02) of PSV.
GROUP D
Valencia
Roma
Olympiacos
Shakhtar
In my opinion perhaps the most balanced group of them all. Valencia and Roma will struggle with especially Shaktar, while Olympiacos can be a menace to all three other teams.
GROUP E
Real Madrid
Lyon
Steaua
Dynamo Kyiv
Clear favorites in this group are Real and Lyon, and I expect both of them to deliver. It'll be an east-european fight for third place, and I'm giving Kiev the edge here over Steaua.
GROUP F
Man. United
Celtic
Benfica
Kobenhavn
Man United are the number one favorites here, they shouldn't have much trouble ranking first. Benfica will have to put up a good fight against especially Celtic, but they'll manage. Kobenhavn will fail to make an impact (win against Ajax was pure luck).
GROUP G
Arsenal
Porto
CSKA Moskva
Hamburg
Another balanced group, although Arsenal and Porto seem favorites. CSKA in particular will put up a good fight in Moscow, and they have the quality up front to finish the job. They are certainly an outsider to beat Porto and take second place. Hamburg in it's current form will struggle to make an impression, even though they have signed an excellent replacement for Boulahrouz (they bought Mathijsen for €9m from AZ).
GROUP H
Milan
Lille
AEK
Anderlecht
Least interesting group imo. Milan will dominate. Lille will place second, they have a good team and are often underestimated. Anderlecht will struggle for third place.
