I guess that's why he's not going to AZ either. :lol

Aye, I was wondering if anyone could show it as I haven't seen it.

They might get work permits, on the basis that it's unrealistic to expect them to play for the Brazil national side that much when they face such talented competition. They'd definitely get rejected inititally though, it'd have to go to appeal.

He is really arrogant and thinks that he is waaaaaaaaaaaay better than he really is. It was the same thing when he played for Malmö FF (my hometeam), he was always bored and lacked any motivation. "That is below my class" is probably his motto.

The lineup as far as I know is their first choice 11 with Bendtner instead of Adebayor and Traore instead of Clichy. And of course Shitderos instead of the rested Gallas.

This is the actual team:

--------------Lehmann----------------

Sagna---Toure---Senderos---Traore

Eboue---Giberto---Denilson---Diaby

---------Bendtner--Eduardo----------

Subs: Fabianski, Djourou, Hoyte, Randall, Lansbury

Where do you get that? I tried to help but was useless but at a later time would like to not be.

Let me be the first to begin the sub Gilberto and sub Eboue calls.

edit: also jesus arsene just refuses to field a first team side in the cups, no wonder we don't win silverware

second edit: LANSBURY!

Madrid to rescue Benitez

Rafa Benitez fears he will be sacked as Liverpool manager by the summer.

But he will be offered a job by Real Madrid, who have made it clear through intermediaries that they want their former youth team coach to succeed Bernd Schuster at the end of this season.

Real believe the odds are now stacked against Benitez's long-term survival at Liverpool.

Bayern Munich and AC Milan are also monitoring the power struggle that is simmering between Benitez and his employers.

American owners Tom Hicks and George Gillett met Benitez last month to discuss a relationship which had reached breaking point.

But Sunday Mirror Sport understands that bringing a new manager to Anfield next season remains a genuine prospect.

Sources close to Jurgen Klinsmann claim the German has already been sounded out about moving to Merseyside from his California home.

Benitez has twice resisted overtures from Real to quit Liverpool - as well as an approach from Inter Milan.

A dearth of transfer cash remains a real frustration to Benitez and there has been no contact made about the possibility of extending the manager's contract beyond 2010 - even though the Spaniard opened the door to the prospect as he looked to make his peace with Hicks and Gillett.

The fact that Liverpool are still to inform Javier Mascherano whether they will look to seal a £17m deal with his handlers MSI at the end of the season is also adding to the uncertainty continuing to surround Benitez's future at the club.

Madrid are loopy.

No Diarra again today, combined with those Wenger comments about it being a mans game I assume he will be sold. Pity.

I thought we in the UK could stream the match off the bbc site ?

Cant find a link, someone point me in the right direction pls.

yeah, total lack of Diarra in today's game suggests he's gone.

I'd love it so much if Lehmann nearly cost us the match. I know everyone talks about his history with the club, but he's just so funny.

I think we should just blow all the money we've saved on Cristiano Ronaldo. 65 million quid we've got it, he's only 22, perfect. :lol

Or maybe one of those young argentines. Aguero looks fantastic. I get to watch him later today too, hopefully. He better be in the side or i'm going to sleep.

Also madrid is facepalm worthy. First coach to be fired for winning the title?

Did the commentator just say Wenger has an unenviable record in the cup?
he most certainly did

fun fact: Wenger has never lost a cup game against a lower league club in his career. Incredible, let's hope it stays that way.

Senderos is playing for the other team. No matter who that team is.

Nice dribblin' from Diaby.

Their keeper did a terrible job. If he'd just rushed Eduardo while he was trying to dig the ball out, it would have been much harder.

Also, was that Rosicky on the bench with his hair bleached blond?

Lansbury

All the games right now are 0-1 away.

1. That was the Lansbury kid. Henri :lol
2. Senderos really is that bad.
3. The goalkeeper was in the right there. He didn't rush because he thought Eduardo was going to take the shot off his first touch. You can see him move towards his foot angle on the replay.

Clint Dempsey has the ball in the net for Fulham but his effort is disallowed for a bit of pushing by Dejan Stefanovic. The announcer at Craven Cottage plays the goal celebration music anyway.

:lol :lol poor Fulham

Senderos is not that bad, he's just lost his way in the last couple of seasons.

He was a massive talent and he played a big part in not conceding a goal in the Champions League in the season we reached the final.

The only thing Senderos is missing is pace and he needs to make that up with quick thinking - unfortunately he fails in that department at the time.

Could also be because he's not getting enough games.

We've got 3 awful's on the pitch right now, nothing to be done. Only hope that Eduardo shows some more Icewater

One of those IYO is Senderos who are the other 2.

Correction we are playing like complete and utter shit.

i will not have this bouncing on players here, it reminds me of the sabres forum.

Part of being a supporter is supporting your players, even if they are going through a rough time.

Especially Gilberto deserves nothing but respect from Arsenal supporters. He's been brilliant for us and a poor game or two are allowed.

He also hasn't done anything wrong today. fucks sake

You're talking about me and my Ronaldo-hatred, aren't you?

You act like I'm getting mad at the good players. Senderos and Eboue have cost us points, and Gilberto is just making trouble behind the scenes because he can't get in the first team.

Being a supporter means supporting your good players. Like Walcott and Djourouu who are being kept out by these lesser players.

I take it you don't see Arsenal train everyday or get paid to pick the team or have a team of backroom staff to help you pick the best squad?

Arsene Wenger is probably the most informed person on the planet to pick an Arsenal team, you have to accept his decisions and don't be an armchair critic.

Gilberto is doing nothing wrong behind the scenes, he's fighting for his place and he's getting on with it. You won't find many people in football that are more professional than him. With him I'd actually understand if he got frustrated and said a thing or two.

It's up for Djourou and Walcott to convince Wenger that they are the better choice. I think I trust Wenger with his decisions, I think he proved that we can trust him.

That's not to say that I don't get frustrated with certain players - but in a game where we're one nil up and have not done much wrong is not the time. Especially not before kick off.

I don't have to do shit, I watch the games and the team is less likely to win when those players are on the pitch, it's that simple. Wenger is only playing Eboue today because he's leaving and it'll give Hleb some well deserved rest. Senderos is out there to get some match time before he takes a place in the first team with Toure gone. Gilberto is just an old link who Wenger isn't yet willing to cut ties with and who happens to play the mid who can defend which Arsene likes but doesn't want to waste Flamini on. I'll gladly go to supporting them if they don't hurt the team.

Counting, that's 7 chances Eboue has wasted thus far. Two happened as I was trying to type that.
