Why is there no good highlights show in the US. I have to probably end up watching Madrid and atletico madrid tommorrow delayed, because I want to watch the pretty duckling and the colts chargers.

You know with the situation as it is in the EPL right now, I don't think we should continue using the term Big Four clubs.

It's more like the Big Three (Man U, Arsenal and Chelsea) and the Wannabes Four (Everton, Man City, Villa, Liverpool).

Here are some pics of the Klinsmann presentation:

I'm starting to like the idea of having him as the new coach.

Moreover Bayern has confirmed that Toni Kroos has extended his contract. He's staying for another 4 years in Bayern. He's 17 years old and the biggest talent Germany has to offer.

Liverpool is up there winning trophies consistantly unlike the "wannabes" even if our league position isn't favourable atm.

There's still the Champions League, which you guys always seem to up for.

Would you rather win the CL or the EPL?

Mourinho at Anfield next season? Keegan back at Newcastle?? What th-?

Naturally winning the premiership means you've won lots of games, and I like my team winning lots of games probably moreso than a trophy.

That being said Liverpool have never won 5 matches in a row under Benitez or at least one of the commentators mentioned that ages ago. :(

From our official site:

RANGERS' Scottish Cup clash with East Stirling has become a victim of the weather and there could be consequences for the rearranged Old Firm game on January 23. Ibrox is waterlogged after torrential rain all night and this morning and a decision was taken to call off the fourth round Cup tie with the Third Division side. Rangers officials are talking with the SPL and SFA right now to find out when the East Stirling match can now be played but January 23 is a Scottish Cup date.

ARRRRRGGGGHHHHH! That's 3 postponed games in 10 days we've had, and the fixture pile up isn't going to get any easier when the UEFA Cup comes back into play in February.

Milan Prepare £100 Million Makeover

The Corriere dello Sport has released sensational claims that AC Milan will invest an incredible £100 million over the summer in revamping the current squad...

Though they are club champions of the world and Europe, one cannot deny that things are not going so well at Milan.

The squad of champions is looking jaded; domestically they are suffering, they are 12th in Serie A and even winning their games in hand will not get them up into the European places.

They are drastically underachieving and at this rate there is a very real possibility they may not even be able to compete in Europe's major club competitions next year.

Much of the bad form has been put down to the age of the squad, and with that in mind there is a reported revolution on the cards over the summer, whereby a lucrative sponsorship deal with Adidas will give the rossoneri £100 million to spend.

Reportedly on the list of players wanted by the Milan boad are Ronaldinho, Gianluca Zambrotta, Sebastian Frey, Amauri and more.

Ronaldinho has been admired by chairman Silvio Berlusconi for a long time, and it is thought the Brasilian will need a change of club to rediscover his best form, a la Zinedine Zidane's move to Real Madrid from Juventus.

Zambrotta, or more accurately, his wife is reportedly home-sick in Catalunia and longs to return to Italy. The experienced, classy and versatile full-back would fit the Milanese mould almost seamlessly.

Frey may be in order purely due to the comical string of errors from current number one Nelson Dida, whose position is becoming increasingly unstable at the San Siro.

Amauri has been incredibly impressive during his Serie A career, and as he is hitting his prime it is thought Milan want to bring the strong forward into the arena of Champions League football.

Defenders Willy Sagnol and Andrea Dossena were also mentioned in the report, as were midfielders Luka Modric and Kim Kallstrom. It is currently unclear just how much of this masterplan will come to fruition, but it is certain to get fans talking between now and the end of the season in May...

Great:) Berlusconi will finally spend some cash. I really hope that we invest some of the money in Benzema, Ben Arfa and Kader Keita instead of Ronaldinho.

Soccer star's dad in drugs and vice shock

MILLIONAIRE soccer ace Jermaine Pennant's father is the evil muscle-bound boss of a seedy crack den, the News of the World can reveal.

The man credited with guiding the £6.7million Liverpool star to success runs the secret drugs empire at his sleazy council flat.

We filmed Gary Pennant there selling cheap rocks of killer cocaine and deadly heroin as a constant stream of addicts and prostitutes shambled in.

"He gives Gary a couple of grand every now and again but won't give him big money because he knows he's a smackhead.

"Jermaine's been in trouble in the past, too, but it's nothing like the things his dad gets up to." In fact Jermaine was arrested in January, 2005 and charged with drink-driving after crashing his flash Mercedes into a lamp-post in Aylesbury, Bucks.

I can see where he got his good looks.

ah, news of the world - what a quality publication. Concentrating on the things that matter most to us. Celebrities and their parents, thank fuck we don't need a life on our own as long as we can concentrate on theirs.

And I always thought Pennant came from an upper class background.

What a rough night. Saw the score of the match/flogging earlier this morning and feared the laughs echoing from this thread for hours.

The fat bomb couldn't do a shit against UAE. He is not ready to play a whole match according to Ancelotti.

Berlusconi and co have really hyped Pato, I feel bad for him. People are seeing him like the second coming of Jesus or something, and at least 70 000 Milanistias will be at San Siro.
Huge pressure for such a young player.

Good luck, Gabriel:) But I can already tell you that our first victory at home for this season will come today!

Sunderland: Gordon, Whitehead, Nosworthy, Evans, Collins, Stokes, Miller, Yorke, Richardson, Jones, Murphy. Subs: Fulop, McShane, Leadbitter, Cole, O'Donovan.

Portsmouth: James, Pamarot, Distin, Campbell, Hreidarsson, Nugent, Mvuemba, Pedro Mendes, Hughes, Kranjcar, Mwaruwari. Subs: Begovic, Lauren, Traore, Songo'o, Wilson.

If anyone...*cricket chirps*...is....interested....*cricket falls asleep*

:lol

There aren't many streams for the Portsmouth match. I've got one buffering incredibly slowly but I'm not sure it'll actually get high enough at all.

I saw Pato during the youth World Cup thing in the summer and he didn't impress me. Then again, neither did Anderson at the Copa America and he's turned out good for United.

Mama is tickling my ass in the fantasy league. I cannot shake you, ahhhh.

And after the fun of failing an exam in the morning, our performance more than made up for it. Carrick played really well, Rooney didn't score but he's the glue between the front and the midfield atm.

I think Bolton will either win heavily, or lose heavily today. Depends how they rally around after the loss of Anelka.

My God... look at the waist on the model presenting the five Italian Football show. It's non existant!

I don't think I've ever seen a presenter wear a boob tube before.

Well this is ACN-hit Portsmouth, plus Glen Johnson's out injured. They're missing about half their first team, which is most of their midfield.

Still, you buy lots of African players, you know what's gonna happen.

Ajax 6 - 1 AZ :lol

AZ is being humiliated, although they are playing with 10 men.

Huntelaar with the 18th goal of the season.
