Thanks for all the hard work Cornballer, it's very much appreciated.

I paid the price for be conservative on the cups, I knew I wouldn't do worse than second if I matched Mama so I did that and Ignored my own predictions..my own predictions were 1-0 to pompey and 1-1 after 90 in the CL final (not that i expect anyone to believe me), I would have won the whole thing by 1 point!

I said I was the Avram Grant of this competition a few weeks ago, falling at the last hurdle by playing it safe all but confirms it.

Maybe we can give the Guardian version a proper go next year to save Cornballer all this work.

Yeah, thanks Cornballer. I came pretty close, might have won it (aside from The Fink Tank) if I hadn't missed some of the fixtures...but I think most people missed a few.

Dunno if I'll take part next year though, simply because of a time thing, I think I'd miss fixtures too much. Shame, I was gonna change The Fink Tank from their most likely scoreline to their most likely result (sometimes a match will most likely finish 1-1 at like 12% or something, but have a 51% chance of a victory for one side, that sort of thing) and go with the highest chance scoreline that matches the result, see how that changed things. Maybe someone else can do it.

Ghost, I thought you were going to win it. Every week for the last two months I'd see you post ridiculous scores. I have no idea how you didn't take me over the last couple of weeks.
