This is true, but Millen went for another WR (albeit a potentially great one). When it became Cleveland's turn to pick with Thomas still available, I think they made the right choice.

He is still extremely Raw. He has blazing speed but isn't that strong and some scouts that he could be shut down by corners jamming him. Steve Smith & Santana Moss aren't the biggest guys but they're stroooong for their size.
