Someone answer my question: Offensive penalty in the last 30 seconds (2 minutes?) means you run off 10 seconds, right?

Thats what I always thought.

Edit: We seriously need to get some guys back in our secondary. Its becoming laughable. Hopefully teams keep up this trend where they dont start throwing till they are down by 3 tds.

I didn't know Cowher and them were doing that "WHO DEY" shit all last season after they won.

**** that. Go Bengals... way to embarass ROFLsberger in his own home.

I'm off the Steelers bandwagon. I was only on it cuz Bettis is a hometown guy... but I don't have a single reason to cheer for ya anymore. EAT IT STEEL TOWN! A hex on your homes!

yeah lol

man torry should have had another TD, where he was obviously pushed out. ****n shaun mac fumbling AGAIN, bulger fumbling a snap AGAIN. defense allowing that 17 play drive in the 4th.

we need to get that killer instinct and start putting these teams away. we blew a 2nd half lead last week, and almost again this week.

I'm glad that Martz is gone but I'm REALLY starting to hate Marc Bulger.

A lot.

:lol Where'd you get that shit? He did it twice, once after the playoff victory and then at the super bowl parade. This is what I'm talking about with the media hype, it's so full of shit.

Dude, why even bother with it at the super bowl parade. The Bengals were long gone by then:P

Bengals were handed the game on a silver platter. While Bengal fans will look for excuses and scape goats, I will put the blame where it belongs with no whining. Steelers ****ed up when it counted and gave the game away. I don't think there is a dominant team in the league right now. Everybody's got a weakness somewhere.

Yes, because the Bengals played a 100% perfect, mistake free game. You're a douche and despite your assertions are a piss poor loser.

That bootleg by Peyton was awesome. And he ain't lying, no one else knew about it. Look at the RB double-clutch the handoff like WTF?!? :lol

If Ben did not throw the interceptions? What about the Bengals overcoming no run defense and swiss cheese run D? They won the game. Don't act like the Bengals can't stand toe to toe with them.

Bitter Eagles fan. :lol

The second fumble was legit and earned by the Bengals, but don't act like they earned anything when we ****ed up that first punt. That was the main turning point in the game.

I really thought we could have buried the Bengals by like 21 points if Ben doesn't throw that first INT. They were on the ropes at that point but we let them back in it and they took advantage (for which they deserve credit).

All of this stuff can be corrected assuming Ben gets his accuracy back. I am pretty sure he will after the bye week. Though I don't think he will get his long ball until near the end of the season.

Bulger had a pretty decent game today...He's still playing timid and his play has cost us to lose the 9ers game and almost this one! Better start playing with some confidence...

I hope Chris Simms is ok :(

Bullshit..That fumble inside the 1 yardline and that piss poor tackling on that long Westbrook run cost us the game...Alex had another great game, and he did it against a good defense. He is going to be the truth in this leauge, and even with a loss, i'm still happy with Alex's performance. He showed he can take a beating and not get rattled, he showed he can make good decisions with constant pressure and various blitz schemes..

A loss hurts, but I'm actually feeling good due to Alex's perfomance.

Your avatars have made your posts AWESOME for the past week :lol

Did Kurt Warner fumble the snap at the end there or were they actually trying to throw? Either way Warner is a joke, Cards still have a chance at an 8-8 season if they pull him now.

even once is too much. the steelers skated by on a cheap shot to palmer... you don't sit there and rub it in, ESPECIALLY after the superbowl victory.

**** them. **** the steelers. go bengals. end of story.

Was there a particular hit on Simms that would put him in critical condition? Didn't see the game, but there didn't seem to be any vicious hits in the highlight clips.

bulger is improving steadily, but hes still got a ways to go. i was pretty impressed with him today, besides that fumble obviously.

same old shit tho, we keep blowing opportunitys in the redzone. we would have blown out denver, we would have beaten SF, and we would have blown out zona if we were even AVERAGE in the redzone.

On ESPN News earlier it showed that he ran in a TD himeself when no one got open in the end zone and he got flipped along the sideline. It looked like an awkward hit but nothing more was said about it.

Jesus. The bad start just got even worse for the Bucs... sure, he's struggled, but he's still an important part of our team and I'll be thinking about him. I thought he probably just needed an IV or something when he went back to the locker room for a drive -- never would have guessed it could have been this serious.

Hey, you steelers Earned that loss.

Remember, how many points did the Steelers score of Bengals flubb up...

OH SHIT... CHRIS SIMMS IS IN CRITICAL CONDITION.

That's messed up, no word on what's actually wrong with him I guess.

And this certainly won't kill the "toughness" argument. I'm sure he'll be fine though.

WTF is wrong with the Giants? Seriously, was Burress on the Hawks payroll today? Dude killed to drives because he scared of going over the middle. The guy is 6'5 and 220+ pounds and is friggin scared shitless every time he has go over the middle. I understand that he is a michigan state player, but he should be past playing soft and making mistakes by now.

I'm glad to see Chad "UNDERRATED" Pennington proving everyone wrong. T-mac he ain't!

I heard its a ruptured splean for Chris. I know I give him a hard time because of his choke jobs at Texas, but I really did like him :( Hope he's ok.

Edit: He was knocked out of the game twice before coming back into the game in the fourth quarter. So, this may have been an earlier injury that got worse as the game went on.

haha...

The Patriots... Next game will be awsome... Maybe our first lost...
And, the return of Mr. Corey Dillon to Cincy...

But I have love for the Pats... not because of Brady, but because of Troy Brown, a former Marshall star and Huntington Resident.

Chad Pennington? Hell yeah. He was in my department at Marshall (School of Journalism/Mass Communications) and apparently was hella smart, so my professors say. I have love for Pennington, but Byron Leftwich was a fantastic talent at Marshall... His fatness wasn't so obvious then.

All I am arguing is both teams played like ass. The Steelers had plenty of chances too. I don't like the notion that the Styeelers "gave" the game to the Bengals.

Our O line was swiss cheese and Willie could run at will.

Anyone wanna help me make a Gif. For FMT to Sport? I have no idea how to create these things. Im just looking at something like the Scobee one Bionic Sported

Get the **** out of here with the cheap shot stuff. Your ****in team had two early leads in that playoff game and still you got your ass beat. **** Palmer and his glass knee. I've never seen a bigger bunch of clueless babies. And they talk about sore losers? Even bigger than the Seababies you guys are. Pathetic.
