My Kanji theme was featured in the official playstation magazine :D

Man... What a crazy show. I saw the anime. It was freaking insane and brutal. I don't know what else to say about it. After the last episode your just like "???" jesus christ dude!

I just got the new theme builder, will check it out myself and see what I can find out.

What I really want to know is how to get the standard Sony XMB icons...has anyone released them yet?

I wanted to make a The Dark Knight theme, but I was thinking that for the logos, I'd have them dark and silhouetted with a light shining from behind them, as it's like in the original teaser trailer (where the bat logo was being broken apart).

With sound fx I suppose I can include the Joker's laugh. Imagine scrolling down your friends list hearing hundreds of laughs mwhahah

Well, I found a "blank" theme with the default icons on ps3files.net, but I couldn't extract the p3t (a feature in the new compiler) as the process would freeze. But I found a different theme that has the default icons but are black, I'll use them for now. So in case anyone else is wondering, that's the closest to the default you can get.

The manga is even more brutal and and insane,a couple of chapters ago a dude
raped an alien
,that was seriously disturbing...
 
FYI, if you are looking for the default XMB icons, download the "Singstar" (an official skin, apparently) skin, and decompile it in the new compiler. Now, it decompiles properly, but for some reason (perhaps just for me) it won't load in the program again, but at least you have access to all the gifs and you can make your own from scratch.

Oh my GODHAND! Please post a download posthaste. Its incredibly hard to find Godhand art as it is.

I'm anxiously awaiting this SF theme.

Hopefully, the icons will not just be random SF pictures, characters etc, but will somehow still maintain a visual representation of what each item in the menu is. I hate the themes that just use random crap for the icons which makes in a pain to find what you want quickly.

Some excellent ones in here. My favs are Jet Set Radio (awesome) and the Okami one. Not random pictures for icons, but icons that truly represent the style. Those are how icons should be done.

I can't complain though since I haven't done one myself.

I want to finish it soon (I hope before FF XIII is launched) :-$ and to make wallpapers more useful, I change some backgrounds in order to do something more darker, because PS3 text is white.

as far as custom sounds, I don't know




but with a lot of the official themes with the custom sounds, they become really annoying, and you'd just wish there was an option to turn the sounds off

Decided to make a DMC theme, first try so not that professional. Let me know if it works okay for you guys :)

Thanks, it says blank theme when putting it on your ps3, kinda strange but it works here so i guess its np ;)

Edit: Uploaded it with right filename, and removed 1 background because the other one works better IMO. if you want the other bg you can still download the other one :)

A lot of themes seem to have the Blank Theme title problem, but it all works beautifully. I'll enjoy this during the countdown to February 5th!

Did anyone see this month's PSW magazine (UK) with hundreds of themes on the DVD for the PS3? Some on the back looked familiar...

These would probably create a nice theme.

If you have HL2, check your resources folder for a font with all these icons.
 
It only seems to be affecting the ones hosted on the filecrunch site

Edit - Can someone do me a favor and rehost the filecrunch ones in the OP? (Specifically the m0dus ones).
 
We just uploaded our 1000th theme at allps3themes.com. Our site was built for the ps3 browser and all of our themes install automatically when downloading from the ps3.

thanks for checking us out and for submitting all of those amazing themes!
