This one's from FuturLab, the developers behind Coconut Dodge (which dropped to 99¢ this week). The game's graphics and audio are somewhat reminiscent of Amiga games (and I mean that in a good way).

That makes it not only the highest rated Mini, but also the highest rated PSP game overall. PlayStation Plus members have been enjoying the game for several days now, but the rest of North America gets access to it on Tuesday.

Yeah, Velocity is great. Feels to me like Blazing Lazers with some puzzle elements. Which sounds...awesome. I got it for free from Plus, but would gladly would have bought it myself.
