Polk said:Two things sounds like bad moves from Sony.
- No network or online features. I'm sorry, but it's crap. If many of games used stuff like Plus+ or other social networking solutions, it would be just better for all parties.
- no dlc (and if Gamasutra is right no patches). No DLC is thing I can live without, but not patches? That's dumb looking how many fixes there are for iphone games.
Obsolete Observation said:I read an interview with a sony rep that said there will be patches.

Maybe in Minis you can have Ad-hoc (local wi-fi) multiplayer, but not infrastructure (through Internet) multiplayer.Rlan said:That's where this confusion lies. There's no way UNO will be more than 100MB on the PSP, but the only reason it wouldn't be is because of the multiplayer. It may be splitting a market that's basically doing the exact same thing.

If Peggle comes, it wouldn't be a mini.gregor7777 said:Dear PopCap, I will buy Peggle on every system for which it is available. What's the problem here?
RJT said:Dudes, the reason for no online support is to make QA a simple process. It the higher restrictions that make it possible for Minis to be lower priced. What you guys want is PSN games, which already exist and will continue to exist.
Onix said:* File size <= 100MB
* Single player
* price (I assume)

UNO - play the #1 classic card game with friends and family on your PSP(R)go system. Enjoy traditional UNO(TM) or customise your own game with 9 different rules to play your way. Challenge friends near and far through local and online multiplayer mode.
All minis are equal but some minis ere more equal than others.Strider2K99 said:So, can Minis have online play or not? I'm getting confused.
It's still not even out on PS3. I doubt we get a PSP version anytime soon.gregor7777 said:Yeah, probably not but still, where is it?
RuGalz said:Based on SCEE's guide published there's no multiplayer restriction for Minis.

SamBishop said:Badman is well under the limit. It would have been really cool to release it under this. Half-Minute Hero seems about in line with it too. God dayom is that game good.

Rlan said:As stated, not PSP minis, but Loco Roco Midnight Carnival is now confirmed to be $14.99
Epic Tier 3 Engineer said:All I know is that I can't wait for the next PSP, as cool as the current handhelds are. The handheld evolution is incredible. We went from the GBA to stuff like the iPhone, PSP, and DSi in a matter of years.

Sony isn't preventing companies from making smaller games that have those features. For the most part, the Mini designation exists for the developers' side of things, not ours.
You can get peggle on the iphone, so why can't it be a mini also?Blu_LED said:If Peggle comes, it wouldn't be a mini.
Blu_LED said:So we only know one of the 15 games coming out on October 1st? The one that's confirmed does not interest me at all. I hope we get some good ones so I can download them onto my brand new PSPgo.
