Can't go wrong with Married with Children.
I bought the entire DVD boxset for quite a hefty sum sometime ago (in bits and pieces). Worth it.
It was made in a time of great social upheaval in the States, and it shows. Some of the shit they could get away with during that timeframe on primetime TV was simply incredible, although it was made when FOX was in its infancy and they were therefore allowed to push the boundries of what was considered acceptable on TV for ratings. The No Ma'am movement as portrayed on the show was pretty prophetic, and would later be called the MRA in current times lol.
One episode was never shown on US TV during the original airing, thanks to this
prissy lady who led a campaign against the show. Ironically, she only helped to boost its ratings.
