Disclaimer: looks like I own the X3 and X-Rebirth games but still in my backlog on GOG.
So I just started looking into this series. Wow it's drenched in lore. Never really paid any attention to them until now.
I'm not normally into spaceship sims but at the same time I love spaceships and aliens. I also love single player and DRM free games so this is up my alley.
Ugly character models aside, this looks awesome. X4 looks incredible too.
