Please tell me how a horror game like FF feels and fits in with what Nintendo normally internally makes.hahahaha
please, enlighten us as to what this means
Also, monolith is part of nintendo. Unless you're doing the whole "valve hasn't developed a game since half life" thing
Please tell me how a pastiche of 80s action cinema that is overly violent and over the top fits in with Nintendo's normally internally produced games.
Please tell me how an complex combo driven game staring an overly exaggerated sexy female character who dances like a pole dancer fits in with Nintendo's normally internally produced games.
Please tell me how a jrpg with a heavy sci fi meets metaphysical philosophy girant robot drama fits internally produced Nintendo games.
They don't.
Nintendo dosen't have a history of making horror games. They don't have a history of making third person shooters that ride off 80s action cinema and are violent. They don't have a history of of making DmC like action games with overly sexualised subject material. They have a history of making and publishing Jrpgs, but I sure didn't pick up a Xeno game because of Nintendo. I picked it up for the continued style of the Xeno games that was born well before even Monolith soft much less Monolith Soft under Nintendo happened.
These games aren't like what Nintendo themselves make. Which is fine because I'm not interested in what Nintendo themselves makes, but I'm happy they chose to diversify thier catalog buy helping these other games come out on thier system. That's while I buy a Wii U.
