Safe assumption I think. They're not claiming it as an exclusive , so whatever embargo is protecting it drops between now and their next issue.
Weird we haven't heard any "insider" rumblings about something.
Around March 20, which coincides with GDC where Cerny is translating Suzuki's postmortem on Shenmue. Plot twist!
It will turn out as an announcement of Shenmue 1 and 2 HD and Shenmue 3 for PS4!
There's also a rumour floating around about a really big Sony thing nobody knows about it yet. The bird was speaking about it on twitter ...

I keep reading about an embargo for a Rock Steady game being lifted in March, so maybe Batman?
Edit: That's assuming it's not a Sony game, like another poster suggested.

If we would go by that it would be L4D.
M.E is already multi-plat and Titanfall won't be on PS4 till TF 2 and it isn't a series, yet.
That is the only 3rd party exclusive that hasn't gone multi-platform yet.

I think that's a good suggestion.
Again, I think this is plausible. This is the kind of level we should be guessing in my opinion. The next Batman could be a good suggestion, but I personally have little interest in the, what, fourth Batman game in five years.
But how often do these much-hyped reveals honestly live up to their potential? I'd say outside of Game Informer very few magazines get big exclusive reveals any more.

well, they are friends and cerny has interpreted for suzuki in the past, so it's not a gigantic stretch that cerny would be interpreting again
what's new is the context of cerny working for sony, however

His development on the Vita and PS4 was done on a consultation basis, I believe. I don't know if he's actually a permanent employee now.

He's not permanent. His company, Cerny games is however, contracted to Sony, at least for a while. He's basically an honourary employee anyway as he's been creating PlayStation games from the start.

Furthermore, to my knowledge Everquest never had a release date shared for PS4. So yeah, that's my call.
