IIRC, Sony said that Pro would not affect online PvP games because they don't want to give people using the Pro a significant advantage. Unless they changed their minds, I don't think the Pro would affect Overwatch at all.

It gives her a speed boost and the cooldown is generous enough that it can do either.

She will never have a chance to activate it. 1hp hit can cancel it.
