WiiFit is a rare example of a casual game with massive preorders and first week sales causing initial stock shortages. In week 2 it was near impossible to see on shelves, my supermarket had 6 or 7 WiiMusic on display yesterday.
The points are not to be taken in isolation as probably cause for a rise (probably between 5% & 15%) but more as several contributory factors.

Like most people here I am letting someone I know buy the game so I can have a quick go to see whether I'll hate it like Frequency (and to some extent the gameplay of Guitar Hero 1-3) or love it like Parappa & SingStar.
