PC-Age - Please help! - Oblivion:CTD Every time When Loading Outdoor Area

Please let me know if you have any ideas that would help. I’m beginning to become very frustrated as I spent a great deal of time researching and installing mods and now it seems like I cannot play the game.

The issue:
The game crashes anytime I am moving from an indoor environment to an outdoor one.

Everything ran relatively smoothly as I went through the tutorial, but as soon as I tried to exit the sewers, it would crash every time. At first I thought perhaps it was only affecting this particular exit, so I warped to the Imperial Bridge Inn Tavern using the console command (player.coc), and that went fine, until I tried to leave the tavern and once again, black screen, then CTD.

Here is my current mod list/load order. I think there is a good chance that it may be caused by a mod, but I don’t believe I have any mods installed that would be related to something like this (such as texture overhauls):

In addition, here are the mods that are on the right-hand side of the OBMM
that don't seem to get populated in the load order list:
Color Map Mod (1.1)
DarNified UI 1.3.2
Optimised_Distant_Land_MAX_1_1_OMOD-15278
Quiet_Feet_MAX_20_OMOD_-15942
RPG-BlackDragons LowTriPolyGrass 1.0
Unofficial_Oblivion_Patch_v3_2_0_OMOD_Versions-5296
Unofficial_Official_Mods_Patch_v15_OMOD_Version-9969
v1_4_0_OMOD_Version-10739

Things I have tried to no avail:
1) Updating my GPU driver
2) Deleting the Oblivion.ini file and letting the game recreate it
3) Restarting with a different character
4) Googling the issue

Also, FYI, I have generated and attached a Conflict Report through OBMM. As you can see, there are quite a few conflicts, but I honestly have no idea if one of these might be causing the issue or what to do about them.

Thank you very much in advance for your help.

I know it's tiresome, but disable all your mods, check the issue, then re-enable 5 of them at a time to see if it still happens, that way you can isolate if it's a mod causing the problem.

I've been playing oblivion recently too. And though it is great, it sure is a pain in the ass to get running smoothly.

Only suggestion I can make is to revise your load order, (I use Wyre Bash's Balo tool for this.)

Oh and be sure you have OBSE installed.

It is caused by a mod, or rather a combination of mods. The game and your PC likely work fine; otherwise you'd crash indoors as well. Something is loading in the overworld that doesn't agree with something else.

It sucks, but as said, all you can do is find the mod responsible and remove/change it.

OK, cool. Thanks a lot for the advice, guys.
First of all, yes I do have OBSE installed.
Second, is the way to uninstall a mod just to uncheck the box in OBMM? If that's the case, anyone have any input as to which ones to start unchecking? Like I said in the OP, there aren't any that immediately stand out to me as ones that could be causing serious issues.
