Brilliant. Just cracked on Dead Space 3 since that's what I've been playing lately, works like a charm.
If l buy this for my PC do l just need a micro USB cable?

I wouldn't be surpassed if MS actually introduced this.
But as others have said, how do you even legally get Halo 2 proper running on a Surface? I doubt Larry would be showing a pirated/cracked copy.

Can someone actually confirm that the screen isn't from Halo 2 proper? I'd think that an upcoming release on the PC wouldn't have a "Live" option in the menu since it refers to GFWL and the service is on its deathbed.
Can Halo 2 be played on a tablet? Halo 2 PC is only available on disc right?
Ive been awaiting this day!!
But i have a huge question. I cant test it now, but im super worried.
I tried installing that unofficial driver that was released a few months ago and never got it working properly. I tried uninstalling it, but now everytime I plug in my xbox one controller, it is still attached to the unofficial driver. Will this new driver from MS over ride the old one? Or do i have to go in and remove the unnoficial one manually?

Cant you delete the driver by right clicking on the controller in device manager? (go into properties i think)
That would force windows to use its own resources to find the driver
Does buying a Xbox One controller come with a cable by default?
Do the controllers include a micro USB cable or do I need to buy one separately?
When you get familiar with the Xbox One bumpers it's hard going back to the 360 controller.
Without a wireless dongle this is completely useless.
I'll stick with my 360 controller for now.

BTW what was the reason for the delay? Did Major talk about it?
They don't include one, you'll have to get a generic one.
Check through your cable drawer, you may have a spare from a phone or Camera or PS4 pad or something.
Im actually using the charge cable that came with my wireless xbox 360 headset. If you have one, use that! (Albeit a little short)

Awh. Would the regular controller work? ( the one without the charge and play kit)

so do you need the 360 receiver?
Will it work just like any 360 controller, will -for example- mame recognize it and just let me play with 360 button and analog inputs mapping ?
... to be able to use the Xbox One controller with the same games and applications they have been playing with using the Xbox 360 controller ...
Yes sir!Yeah, the bluetooth one?
