PC gamers, what is your mouse grip style?

claw palm.

i call it "the warriors calm". maybe i'll get that on some business cards and hand them out at parties.

So wait how does palm work, do you move your whole arm? Wouldn't that make you tired? I think that would make me tired.

Fingertip.

Never thought of it but:

Fingertip for anything requiring speed or accuracy
Palm for more laid back sort of stuff

Half claw, half fingertip. I have to, since I have a tiny Targus mouse, its just over two inches long and an inch wide. I can't go back to larger mice though, they feel clunky.

Palm because I don't feel at all in control using fingertips. I wonder how much of style is determined by hand size?

fingertip. they don't make mice big enough for me to go palm. The only time for claw is with tiny portable mice.

Another DeathAddered palm user here, its the way the mouse was built and its damn comfortable that way. When simply surfing though it tend to shift towards fingertip.

Palm. Though I have a VX Nano that's too small for Palm so I use Fingertip for that.

Fingertip, I have tried to do the Palm, cause I feel more comfortable, but I can't exert enough force to click on time (and I fail to kill by sniping) so I go back to fingertip.

Palm when I'm browsing the web or just not moving the mouse much.
Fingertips when I'm moving the mouse a lot. I control the mouse movement with my thumb and pinkie finger.

Wheres the "hug" grip. The one where you put the right side of your hand on the table and stretch your fingers over the mouse. It helps with carpel tunnel.

95% of the time I'm a 2 finger palm person, but every now and then 3 finger palm works better depending on the game.

Fingertip.
I feel like I have more precise controls using my fingers to move the mouse.
I tried palm, but the movement feels too sluggish in comparison.

this is my style

honestly though, somewhere between palm and fingertip feels natural to me

Claw + Palm.

I rest my palm on the back of the mouse and arch my fingers so the tip is on the mouse buttons(not as straight as claw but not as flat as palm).

Should probably be a fourth one called "Arched" or something.

Mostly palming or finger tip depending on the game I'm playing. The claw gives me cramps and makes me quit after a hour or two.

My wrist doesn't move once I set it down. So I start at palm, retract my fingers into the claw position and then it slides out to fingertip when needed.

Palm, any other way feels as if it takes much more work in any way.

>_< I think plam makes you have to use your wrist alot more.

Finger tips, you, just move your fingers about, as long as you have the right sensitivity ^_^
