It actually isn't. All first-print copies of the game come with the Blu Ray.

Someone also linked the source of those images to him I think? Not sure.

In any case, it isn't his obligation to spoil things cuz he has them. And he most likely did not want to incur ATLUS' wrath against his stream for showing it. That's what he basically said.

EDIT:...So yep, he definitely had it.
