More important voices. Come on..
Those who burn down cities aren't going to buy PS5. At best they'll steal one.

Really disappointed in Sony.
The USA is not the whole world.
Its by fucking far the most important single country for Sony. And having the event this week would be fucking tone deaf. It will probably only be a week delay. We'll be alright.Really disappointed in Sony.

You really think Sony or any other company really cares about anything other than money? i don't remember them supporting the Hong Kong protestors and you can't bet your ass they wouldn't want to piss off china
and besides this is a world wide event not US event
Imagine supporting that soy company.
I guess starving children in Libya, dying children in Syria, imprisoned journalists in China etc etc etc are not really important enough for shit not to go down at Sony. But wait theres looting going on somewhere in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, quick cancel everything!
Edit: I'm seriously considering not buying a PS5 over this. I've had enough of their SJW bullshit.
You just watch, they're going to delay the console next.
They're not going to get a lot of positive press in one of their biggest markets if they do it this week.
In fact the way things are going, they're barely going to get any press at all.
Call me a cynic, but I think that's why they're postponing.
Nothing more, nothing less.I mean I get why they are doing it. Not because Sony cares so much about this protest shit. But because the news will barely pick up PS5 because of it. So it's a marketing decision disguised as some moral choice.
I guess they postponed it because their Event was on the same day/time like the George Floyd memorial. I guess its understandable?
I think they just wanna dodge the bullet
