I made an honest mistake,
I was in need of a PS Plus subscription, I found a voucher, I saw Playstation 12 months and immediately thought that's what I need - purchased and activated.
Then Playstation was still prompting me to get a Plus sub? Double checked and found ahhhh I've activated a PS Now 12 month subscription !!
Absolutely no help from Playstation Customer Services. I said, please just remove that sub from my account and can you not credit me with the Plus subscription instead. They have the same monetary value on PS Store.
First time I've ever called Playstation after multiple years with them, and they try and come over as they have no tools to do such a thing because it was a voucher. It is still a product for their services, it originally comes from them.
I know I am one customer but any other company I'm sure would have been more helpful for a first and honest mistake. I know it was my fault but I'm sure I'm not the only one who has done it.
Am I being unreasonable?
