How was Union Square. THis is the first time I'm able to go.

Very good overall. Crowd has been solid and it's close to Forbidden Planet which is great for after the showing. I can't remember the name but there's an awesome taqueria spot close by which I always try to hit up when I'm in Union Square, it's great prep food for megatons.

The only reason I would switch to Times Square was if they actually showed it on the IMAX screen.

The list says with Imax, unless they made an error.

I think I'll attend this year. Normally I host a get together, but I'm moving into a new place and I'm gonna be discombobulated.

Should b fun.

Canada selection is so limited. Thank god I live in Calgary. I can easily get to Chinook location and already booked off the 13th off of work. I'm looking forward to this!

My girlfriend and buddy are actually looking to go after all, heh.

As someone who hasn't gone through the process of getting passed, what exactly goes on? Lots of refresh spamming? What's the limit on tickets per person?

Can anyone explain please, thanks.

Last year there were tons of refresh spamming. I think I was refreshing for a good 30 minutes to an hour just because the website was so slow, and limit on passes is 2, at least it was last year.

No? I live in the dayton Cincinnati area its legit a rough part of Cincinnati just like every city in a america has a rough part or a bad part of town. The real question is was yours a joke post i mean really?

That theatre is really nice actually. It's one of the newer ones with seats like lazy boys. As far as the area I'm not sure what you are talking about. The spot where the theatre is would be described as middle class. It's not the ghetto by any means at all

Got me and my buddy same as last year to the same Houston theatre. Already got the E3 day off. I've cleared work time to be there reserving tickets. This gon be good. I don't expect another E3 2015. I just want something nice.

Hey bud. So long as I can get tickets, I'll be bringing a friend as well. :) If we get a few more Houston GAF , we should def have a meet up.

I myself will be there at a meetup but my friend will definitely leave immediately afterwards. Anyway, mark me down for any GAF meetup and I'ma leave the rest of the organizing to you.

We already have to schedule World Cup games at high noon in the middle of the week even when playing in Brazil, Mexico or the US to accommodate prime time viewings in Europe. Let us have this one, guys.

Besides you're already getting Microsoft and Nintendo's at a much better time than our 9am PDT on a Monday.

E3 has become a global event, Sony is a global company that's interested in getting as many viewers as it can. I was just expressing something that many Europeans are thinking -- and I know they'll never do it until they start having their own E3 events, separate of E3. Like EA are doing.

Also, I literally do not give a shit about Microsoft or Nintendo's press conference as they're two games companies that have nothing to offer me in the way of interesting games.

Wow there is one in Trenton, NJ. I may end up going as that is a short drive from me, I could get home from work, take care of everything I normally do and get ready to go out and still have time to get a drink beforehand. Anyone else here planning on hitting up the Hamilton 24?

Yessir!! Well, as long as I can score tickets.

Have fun guys. Here in Switzerland the conference starts at 3 AM lol. I'll likely watch it the next morning in the train on my way to work.

Happy to see a Little Rock location. Last year my girlfriend laughed at me for going to a theater to watch. This year as my fiancee she volunteered to go as she wants to learn more about indie games coming to the platform. :)

Hope the serves aren't as much of a shit show as last year.

Nice the theater in DC is close to me. The only thing is I don't see why I would want to go see it in a theater and not from the comfort of my house, I like to take notes and create a timeline of game release dates and chat with GAF. I can't do that in a theater. Plus I was planning on having some good BBQ while watching.

Yeah that's a bit of a drive. lol

Not sure why they didn't have more considering the one in Ann Arbor, Rave Cinemark, is a nice big updated theater thats also 15 minutes away for me lol or even any of the Emagines or AMC theaters.
Considering last year was in Geand Rapids it's definitely an improvement haha

Haha same here. I told my fiancé it was happening again for a heads up and she immediately said I'm going this time.

A tip for people trying to order tickets online today, if the process is anything like last year or the year before that.

- There will be chaos
- make sure you have the correct link beforehand
- web browsers will often slow down to a crawl. Remember that the website will ask you to confirm a location, and to confirm a number of tickets (1 or 2) with names attached. Tickets are not supposed to be transferable.
- the order website could (will probably) go down, messing up your order in process
- Many will get their ticket at first click, but many will also see their order fail on first pass, and then be greeted by a "sold out, do you want on the list?"
- do not Panic and keep trying, the ticket system places holds on attempted orders not going through, and tons of tickets become available again after a few minutes
- even if you do not get a ticket, being on the wait list should still allow you in, as 1/5th of seats are blocked for wait list/ walk ins.

Good luck!

Awesome. We actually leave for our wedding the next day. She said she wanted me to have a night of "nerd fun" before having to deal with family for a week. She also bought me a Shield tablet so I can "watch the giant bomb show" all week."

God I love that woman.

Aw man congrats! Nice to have someone willing to participate in activities you love isn't it.

Lol western hills is a huge section of Cincinnati and is far from rough. Talk about painting with a wide brush. It is certainly not Indian Hills or Hyde Park but that doesn't mean all of western hills is "rough"

Chicago! See you all for the third in a row!

Remember last year when the Hawks won the cup and we thought the police were there for us? Good times.

Is there a more precise "page 2" link I can use? To get a small advantage?

Or a "click here" button just appears on PlayStation.com/E3experience and then the refresh chaos begins...

Western Hills? I kind of wish it was back in Oakley again because of it being relatively close to Mason. Will probably still make the trip this year though. Each year they've had it was a good experience, even with some weird technical hiccups and the poor "after shows" they'd host.
