Whatever stuff they give you -- redeem the codes ASAP. They aren't standard PSN codes that will work anytime. I sat on mine for about a month and Sony had already pulled the redemption website down by the time I got around to punching the codes in.

I can only speak for my crowd, but there was a great steady murmur that turned into a roar and a total freakout. I myself went like "TRICO IS BACK! TRICO IS BAAAAAAAAAAAAAACK!!!!11!1"
I was like "Holy shit, are they starting with The Last Guardian?" and people around me were like "Fucking, no way!" and then were just applauding when it ended. People were kind of just in awe of how they chose to start things off. I was more impressed with Horizon, myself, watching the goddamn robo dinos in action on that screen was pretty crazy.
Ah man, so awesome! Actually I think I'm gonna go find some of these reactions on YouTube. It genuinely makes me happy and all fuzzy inside to see/hear others in a state of joy, excitement, etc.

And yeah, I bet the Horizon reactions were amazing too.

Just made a tab in the GAF meet up spread sheet for NJ Gaffers since I didn't see one already.

Any Vegas gaffers going? (I know there's like 3.5 of you) I might be going alone since I'm not taking my GF after last year (she just doesn't care), and most of my friends have no ride

I'll be there at the Chicago theater date. Who is coming. Who is brining they hype!. Man I wish I was there last year with FF7R I would of been screaming like a little girl. Lets hope they do something in that aspect maybe crash or last of us 2 idk how you can compete with last year lol

So for those who have gone to past events (specifically New Hampshire), how was the crowd? Is there any reason whatsoever to get there more than 30-45 mins before they start seating?

Me and a buddy will be going to the Newington, NH event. Any other GAF'ers gonna be there?

My advice to everyone is to arrive around an hour before the event starts, no matter your location, and more if your theater is large. That way you're guaranteed your choice of seat.

Got my tickets. Going with 5 others this year. We've gone each year since they started doing this and have added a few more people to the group. Always a fun time, and you can't get mad at free stuff.

Got my two tickets this morning! This will be my 3rd E3 Experience. Anyway, I just noticed that the San Diego AMC theater is listed as an IMAX theater. Are they showing the live stream in 3D this year? lol

So has anyone else that got a confirmation number still without any kind of email confirmation? Hoping it's not just me...

Anybody remember year one in Columbus? A fight broke out and it was something
Ha, really? What the heck would fellow fanboys be fighting over? I only went last year so I missed out on those shenanigans.

One said Knack great but the other guy thought it was in fact awesome and took offense to his differing opinion.

I'll be at the Newington NH one myself! Last year I went to the one in Lowell, and it wasn't that bad... I think we walked in at 8 when doors were at 8:30, there was a line but we got into the theater and got seats no problem.

So what do you bring there? Do you need to print out the email? Or are they okay with looking at a phone.

I mean, it's different than a regular movie ticket where they don't allow looking at emailed tickets via phone, but wanted to ask in case.

It says to print out the confirmation e-mail and bring it. But if memory serves, they also check your ID to a name on the list.

There are some vids from inside the theaters if you want a glimpse of what it was like.

Does anyone know how IDs are checked for the movie theaters? For example, if my friend can't go, would I be able to give his/her ticket to another friend? The ticket website says it's non-transferable but are they really going to care? I would think that as long as the name on the ticket was crossed off a list when used, it wouldn't be too much of an issue.

I'm going to the Newington one. Last year in Merrimack we had a solid crowd, and it was really good people. No one being rude or overly obnoxious. I'll be heading over to grab some food and then wait at the theatre, it's a 40 minute drive for me.

They dont care about your friends name, at least they didnt last year. He just needs an ID to prove hes over 18

Nice! My buddy was talking about getting dinner somewhere in the area before we line up, just haven't figured out what/where yet. Is the movie theater out behind where Best Buy and Old Navy are? I've never gone to it before, my wife and I just moved to Somersworth the end of last year.

Yeah, I believe it's over by that store. It's a big plaza. There's some decent restaurants in the area too. I'll probably be in the area at least an hour or two early, but food could dig into that, since I have a drive first.

Right in that plaza there's a Chipotle and a McDonalds, and farther off in the back is an IHOP. I think there's a Buffalo Wild Wings in there somewhere too.

I have a question:

If I bring a friend who doesn't have a ticket and we're at the front of the line, can he get in with us or does he have to wait in a separate line for non-ticket holders?

There are two lines. Ticket holders, and Waitlist. Ticket holders go in first, where they pick whatever seat they like. 15 minutes prior to the show, Waitlist line is allowed to go through and sit on the remaining seats. Upon filling, the rest are sent home.

Can't remember for Empire 25 but what time was the line formed that day? First year from all 3 that I'm on the wait list :( I'd like to know to be ahead of the pack to get in.

Thank you.

Wait, so he would still need to register for the waitlist or no?

During the first year, I wasn't aware of the rsvp at all. I just showed up and waited until the ticket and waitlist people went in. I ,and maybe a few others, lucked out because of a few no-shows.

Was at a different area for year 2. Got my ticket, but work prevented me from attending.

Not happy that I missed the reserve period this year. Not sure if I can get lucky again.
(San Diego)

Pretty such this is a dumb question but did anyone who go to Century City 15 in CA last year, was it filled with many people? also was it alright aka no annoying people?
