Hello people. A quick heads up to let you know about my latest PlayStation Move video, which you can find here:

This time it's not about a game tho. It's a tech demo of sorts showcasing how the PlayStation Move deals with different light conditions.

Ciao!

TTP, I just want to say your videos are the best and most informative I've seen of pretty much any console peripheral. You give us exactly what a GAF member wants - the tech stuff! That video was impressive as hell for stress testing the Move.

Fantastic job and I love the Snake clips spliced into your video :) Made me laugh.

Keep up the good work!

I'm not sure what impresses me the most in this video. Seeing Eyepet working flawlessly (the magic card of the european version was a bit of a mess), the fact that the Move don't give a shit about the light conditions and still work no matter what, or the kick ass projector of TTP.

Man IWaggle truly is by miles the best source for PS Move information. Nice job TTP

BTW, what happen to the KB commercial thread?

What did they criticize? Too many games?

They actually criticised the lack of games, which had me scratching my head. They also seemed to like the Tiger Woods implementation of Move, so maybe its think backwards day at their offices.

I hope it wasn't Adam as he usually knows what he's speaking about. The others depend on the writers I think.

It was a video of Morgan Webb and Blair Herter. I've always thought Morgan's voice on those VO's sounds sarcastic and like she doesn't give a crap. I remember her little sarky remark in her Killzone 2 review. She said 'Good news PS3 owners, you finally have something to spend your money on aside from Heavenly Sword action figures and anti-depressants'.

Adam is awesome. Best one out of the lot at G4.

that was really interesting. I had concerns about a small lap next to my sofa, but I guess it is a non-issue.

Wow. Thank You so much for this. All fears put to rest for me.

So when's the official release date for this again? Schools started back up, need something to look forward to.

Sorry if this has been been posted, but here is Cnet's view

The good: Camera-based motion control system; starter bundle includes everything needed to play HD motion control gaming; color-changing controller adjusts to surroundings; can control XMB; Sports Champions game offers a lot of replay value.

The bad: Requires constant calibration; dependency on camera limits total movement; lackluster launch library; start and select buttons are oddly placed on Move controller; PlayStation Eye monopolizes a USB port.

More misinformation, who would of thought.

I don't even know what what they are talking about when saying "dependency on camera limits total movement." Like, are there games out there that require you to dive across your living room? I just don't get it.

Complaining about the placement of select and start locations? Really Cnet really?

Their final score was a 3/5, which doesn't bother me, just most of their complaints are beyond ridiculous.

I'm going to try and track down a strobe and disco ball to see how it works lol

Hey guys, just so youguys know, the move appears to be really well received here in Singapore. I tried it out at a consumer electronics fair and preorders were sold out for the basic pack on the first day. In fact, a couple of people actually bought one after the saw me play table tennis :D

Very good and informative video TTP ... I am now even more impressed by the tech in Move...Even in those worse lighting conditions it was able to calibrate and become functional. And only an idiot would play in that kind of blinding light and then complain that Move does not work.

These look a little too similar...

Yeah, I never put much thought into it, but the Move does strangely resemble the Wiimote if you think about it.

I love this, people having fun, girls looking hot...

A reason to get your girlfriend singstar dance and sports champions volleyball for your own enjoyment. Also shows how hilariously boring KungFu Rider is, or at least upstages it (at :23)

no wonder, table tennis is popular here, the Asian version is a little bit cheaper too
