I've been trying to play RE5 with move/nav for a while. So far, it's just not working for me.
I keep finding my viewpoint going off in weird ways that I never wanted because I have this tendency to keep holding the stick down when I'm moving and then suddenly want to shoot at something. Walking... oh, I want to shoot this guy...press trigger and before I know it I'm looking at the sky. Also seems to happen when I'm slashing as well since as soon as I start slashing if I don't fucking forget to let go of the movement stick I'm looking all over the place except where I want to look.
Now, I never even played RE5 before... because I have a history of just hating resident evil games (and big surprise, it's mostly because I've always found the controls horrible). I was hoping that with move it would be a pick up and go experience but so far it's just frustrating me.
The lack of ammo in the game coupled with the fact that I waste tons of it shooting at the sky and the floor is killing me. It seems that I really need to train myself out of habits from other games just to get anywhere.
Any tips appreciated maybe I'm just doing it all wrong. I've only gotten as far as the dumb blonde tentacle girl and I just don't have the ammo to keep all the zombies away while still hitting her and pelting her legs with bullets doesn't seem to stagger her one bit.
