My only basis is that they've released no info, dates, or screens, but then to be fair they haven't for XOne or PS4 either.

Well, I won't go as far as saying "i WANT them to be around for bossfights" sometimes I've died because a fucking spider throw my a web from a camera dead angle in the worst posible moment.
But yep, they're a necesary annoyance.
It's on PS4. Sony needs to feel those voids, so I think it has a fairly good chance of getting localized.
I've learned to just ignore his tweets. He can tease everything he wants, but last time I've believed in him I got fucking Football Manager. And he isn't going to say anything, it doesn't matter if we make a fuss. He has probably signed a NDA.
I think it was already released on EU PS+ a while ago, I may give the game a try if I have some people to play with

Hell yea!! I put quite a good bit of time into PD2 when it was released, but I stopped playing when GTAV came out. I was tired of lack of support to the console version, and then an update made it worse. Cash payouts were weak as hell, some of the levels felt very lacking, in creativity,and in design. The heists themselves were mediocre compared to what PD1 was. Actually, I dislike several things PD2 does that PD1 does so well, but the game is still reaalllllllllly fun, especially with people you "know" at least. The guns tho...my lord those guns in PD2 sound so glorious...
Despite my problems I have with PD2, I still really like the game, and am glad I gave them my monies when it was released. So yea, I would be down for some heists when PD2 is released to the masses!! Heck, I may even jump back in sooner than later to see if any of my issues have been resolved...

Absolutely, the man is responsible for some of the best games available on the Vita. People just need to learn to keep their expectations in check.
Dude was integral (along with Shane) in getting some really amazing indie titles on our Vita and has probably done so much more that we'll never know about.
It was a genuine question not a rhetoric. Was curious.

The Vita 2k reveal was really disappointing. 180£ is ridiculous for an inferior device

It's not inferior. Screen aside it's a huge upgrade, and there are people that actually prefer the more natural colors of the LCD.
Also the price is the same as the old model.

He does a good job, I won't ever deny that, but he seems like a really pasionate guy, and teasing things the way he does + gamers tendency to get excited over the tiniest clue / sign / rumor is not a good combination.
The problem is exactly that. He often tweets too early. I don't want him to say: "look! I have something awesome but i'm not giving the tiniest clue in 3 months!". I'm okay if he has signed a game, i'll love him if he gives me some awesome JRPGs, but there is a limit in the amount of awesome / incredible / amazing / I fainted you can use before people get over the roof and start predicting ridiculous stuff.
I want to be a 90 years old healthy grand pa which will pass his time on a house in the countryside, sitting in a chair and looking at a beatiful dawn. Overhyping things won't help me reaching that purpose lol

Between the better form factor and at least +50% battery life increase. Since the screen the the only negative, I don't think most people will classify it as inferior.
I assume he saw my post about Payday needing tons of communication. And I assume he meant to use the Vitas party chat system from the beginning. Which would certainly limit the scope of people he's able to play with to GAF members with Vitas. There still some sort of problem?

Was all setup to get a new 2000 slim Vita, until the announcement. Pricing is a joke, picked up an extra 1000 from shopto for £140 instead; with 16GB card, starter pack and 10 game download. That should keep me going to get through my back log.

- No cross play with PS3 and Vita versions Online Lobbies ...But Ranked/Player Matches do work
- DLC characters available on Vita version from the start
All chars will be available in arcade, but Terumi and Kokonoe will still be DLC for Vita (and for PS3 after patch). DLC is shared between Vita and PS3 versions.
-The game will be available for play at the Japan Amusement Expo (2/15/2014).
All DLC colors are also being added to arcade with the patch.

Like you said, he is a really passionate guy and hyped himself when he can sign a title so he kind of wants to shout it from the roof but isn't allowed. I can totally understand why he keeps on teasing like that, I couldn't keep my mouth shut myself.
I think people should just be more realistic about the timeframe in which things happen.
Yes, headers are totally overpowered, especially in combination with the high through ball to the wingers. I score most of my goals with headers too and right now I don't even play with a good striker for that strategy.
The game is fun like each year but once again they have a cookie cutter playstyle which is kind of boring. I get that the headers got stronger because they were too bad before but this is just too much.
Scoring outside of the box also got too good, 1on1 against keepers on the other hand got nerfed too much.
Just got promoted to division 7, missed the title because of that stupid unfair disconnect default loss :/
The games are really getting intense now with better contrahents.

It's just odd to see these really low budget and frankly poorly performing or incredibly niche Vita games like Mind Zero and Conception localised when games like God Eater 2 aren't being localised even after performing really well in Japan.

PS+ February is insane. I am very happy with my subscription.
Avoid anything above division 3/4, mechanics get exploited to hell and back.

I wanted to love PD 2 so bad, but that terribly repetitive music and the ps2 textures (as well as the stealth mechanics) just turned me off to the whole thing unfortunately.
D3 Publisher is Bandai Namco. D3 handling Burst was a weird thing anyways, as GE is under the Namco label in Japan.
