Subscribed for a year and downloaded all the free stuff (except WipEout, which I already own). I hope the automatic download feature works (PS3 should wake up in 10 minutes and check for updates) but I really think updates should be downloaded for every single game on the system - maybe that's coming in the future.

A "problem" I have now is that I can never do instant-purchases again. :lol It would drive me insane if I bought a game that just got released when there's a chance that it might be a lot cheaper a couple of weeks later. Usually the downloadable games stay at the same price for a longer time but with those discounts this may change.

Well.... my GOTY edition of LBP is currently at £10 on ebay with over a day to go...

Which is great, because i can get PSN plus for less than £30 by the time it's sold and redownload LBP.

I really don't think it's going to change that much. Sony already gave away a free copy of the game a while ago to everyone who registered a PSN Account in Austria(?). I remember reading something about that, but I'm not sure.

Why would anyone not already have this game? It's a shame! :/

Edit: I also thought LittleBigPlanet was supposed to be available in Europe? I'm in Europe and it doesn't show up here...

Sounds right. I'll check everything once my PS3 booted up to download the latest Patches and Updates. It was supposed to wake up five minutes ago, though.

Sure, Wipeout looks pretty cool. I buy the service. Next month, I don't like any of the games offered. So I guess I can do nothing with the service in the next month? Nice.

I was really tantalized by the original rumour that PS One Classics would be a free thing, and I must have misread, I originally thought I could download a PSN game and keep it indefinitely until my subscription runs out. Eh.

The thing I just don't like is the huge period between updates. It should have been a week.

the plus is only for the account that bought it, automatic update is for the console

Who says it's not? Do you live a week in the future and can tell us there will be no updates for Plus members next week? There was several things in this update that weren't in the "month in review" blog post as well as some things left out. I bet we will see another update in the next week or two at least. Sony would be a fool not to IMHO.

Already downloaded all the games that came with the service this month, although I'll probably only play WipeOut HD and check out the Shatter 1hr Trial.

Do you guys think there'll be a difference between 1 year-subscribers and 3 months-subscribers when it comes to access to Beta's and stuff like that?

So um... I decided to try out the inFamous Full Trial despite the fact that I had already a Platinum for it, just to try out the trial thing and see how it works (as well as try out the Gigawatt Blade thing because I sold inFamous a long time before it was available for free).

Problem is, on my Trophy Collection, inFamous is now down to 4%. :| According to my gamercard and the PS website, all of my trophies are still accounted for and I still have the Platinum, but the trophy list in the XMB is definitely fucked. How the hell do I get it back to 100%? :lol

Maybe it'll reset the stats once the trial runs out after 60 minutes and you delete the file?

Try selecting your profle from the friends list. (just press X on your name).

After I got a new PS3 and restored my data to the new HDD, sometimes when I start up a game for the first time since the new HDD, my trophies reset to 0% and then I suddenly earn all of them in seconds lol.

If you select your profile while in the game, it will sync properly and then go back to 100%.

No. As long as you're subscribed you should have access to the beta. Now, if your subscription expire while the beta is still going on, then I think you'll lose access to it.

It would never have been exclusively a PSN title - it was a big deal game, justifiably a full-price release, and putting it on PSN only would have only hampered sales.

But I would have liked to have seen it on PSN too. It's the kind of game I want to be able to boot up without rooting out the disc

Isn't this how it works? There is a PSOne Classic in the original month and I was pretty sure you get to keep all the games until your subscription runs out. You should just have to make sure you download those games in the month they are available in, right? Have I missed something?

Main EU account obviously for the + symbol ;D And knowing Sony´s wild track record they could implement IP-blocks to some content later on. Also to get most DLC packs to work.

The way I see it (I'm in a similar situation) is that if you buy the US PS+, everything will be fine, except for the add-ons if you buy your games in Germany (add-ons aren't region free). But if you buy the German PS+ than everything will be fine, except the avatars won't work on your US account.

That's the way I see it anyways...
