It's just one of five games they're working on now according to the article.

The Japanese Echochrome will be getting an update on the 21st

There are two particularly notable features for the update: PS Eye and YouTube support. Using the PS3 camera peripheral, you'll be able to record footage of yourself as you play the game. The footage is shown in a corner of the screen. You can save your recorded clips to your PS3 hard drive and also share them with the rest of the world through direct YouTube upload.

The update will also provide a number of other yet unannounced features.
