I think this set is pretty simple. Switch in on a resisted move or after something's been KO'd and scare it off. SD/Claw Sharpen on the free turn and then sweep with a huge smile on my face.Claw Sharpen's accuracy boost works really well with Blaze kick's, Stone Edge's and HJK's less than desirable accuracy. The choice between TP/SE depends on whether you're more afraid of Bulky Waters or Mence/Nite/Lati@s. The main threats to this set:
1) Rain Dance teams make it difficult to get started and lower Blaze Kick's power. But with a few turns on its belt, Blaziken will be able to outspeed them and hit hard with Thunder Punch.
2) Priority moves, aqua jet in particular kind of ruin the set. It's probably a good idea to support Blaziken with something like Weezing who can candle Azumarill like a champ and also deal with those pesky earthquakes.
3) Intimidate kind of ruins the fun a little, especially if you use Claw sharpen. The worst part is that Gyarados and Mence are only weak to TP and SE respectively >.<
4) Stupid Shuckle! Fortunately nobody uses him anymore, but think about carrying a special based water type to get rid of it.
5) Blaziken isn't too keen on entry hazard on his side of the field. Use Starmie to get rid of them! (note: Starmie also takes out Shuckle rather nicely. Two birds with one stone!) The other side of the field is fair game though.
Blaziken is my Joint Favourite Pokémon, so I'm really glad to see him become truly viable competitively.
