Gen 3 credits theme is so amazing.

You heard incorrectly. Platinum is awesome and Black/White are the best games in the series.Kerrby said:I heard the other Pokemon are bad (Peal/Diamond and Black/White).

You could edit this into the original post, it provides insight about the music, its creation and technology in the Pokémon games.
I thought that change was a good thing. It's a huge part of the reason they felt more "fresh" than previous games, and considering the fact that Unova is far away from the other regions, it actually makes sense. Besides, the battles themes at least were all very "Pokemon."Ra1den said:I found Black/White music to be really different than prior entries...for the first time in the series history, I didn't really like the majority of the tracks. I suspected a different composer was brought on board, as the style was very different, and I guess I was correct since the credits listed some other guy in the first spot where the composers were listed. I may be wrong, but I didn't recognize the name. That would explain why most tracks didn't feel very "pokemonish". Particularly the town music..I don't thnk there was a single town track I liked...and in prior entries, I LOVED pretty much every town theme.
There were some good tracks of course (probably the ones done by Masuda and Ichinose)...but far too many dull ones. Very disappointing, since I love Pokemon music more than words can say.
Because it was the Blue Field theme from Pinball.Esnel Pla said:Despite the fact that I had never played the original GameBoy titles, when I first played SoulSilver last year and got to Ecruteak City I had the eeriest wave of nostalgia. Absolutely love that track.
