I've looked at the website for 5-10 minutes now and there is not particular order to the characters used....below is the order that I saw over a 5-10 minute period, using the 5/S as the constant start character:

S3e3E

To me the 3 and e are the most relevant and seem to point towards e3, although I'm probably wrong here.

Initial impressions where that the characters spelt out:

Although again I am probably wrong.

It wouldn't make sense to show that this early. And he mentioned in Famitsu a few months ago that the game he was going to be directing in the same style that he previous has would be announced first. That game still hasn't been announced. It seemed like the second game was much further off.

Well I know that Kojima will show a "new" game in the E3 but isn't developed by Koji Pro, and this silhouette confirms the title a friend of mine told me (he worked in the project). But is strange, Kojima didn't work int he project, well, he "advices" in some way but not involved directly.

I've never been huge on castlevania, but turning the next game voer to Kojima would be huge. There really hasn't been a good, big budget 3d CV game in...ever? I would be all over it.
