After quitting a game and then going into Miiverse it really takes a very long time to load or I will get an error code, but after that, clicking on Miiverse again it will load the app in the usual, around 6 seconds, time. This is the only problem I have after the Spring update. No lockups though.
If anyone here has had their Wii U repaired/replaced -- NOA did transfer all save data and accounts over, right?[/b] Not that I could do much about it, but I vaguely remember someone muttering about issues with NOA repairs and Wii U save data... or was it Wii Mode save data?
I'm in PAL land, but I had my Wii U replaced 2 months back.
I lost all my save data, but they transferred my NNiD, so I could redownload all my purchases, both on WiiU AND on Wii.
If you do decide to turn it in, make a copy of your data (SD card for Wii, USB for Wii U).
I can't, though, thanks to the inability to either enter Wii mode or to access System Settings.
(Even if they DID transfer my NNID, are save files still compatible?)
Netflix doesn't work for me anymore, just get error messages. No idea what the problem could be.
I'm beginning to wonder if this hard lock stuff is going to become a RROD like fiasco because of a fundamental flaw in the system. I appreciate RROD was a hardware problem, but doesn't seem to be much consistency in Nintendo's attempts to patch the system.
Have the exact same problem. I really hope they patch it, it's so annoying having it lock up a third of the time I open the program.Sorry for the late bump, but I just got the update a bit ago and Netflix (which is the main utility for the system considering...you know >.>) and now Netflix crashes the system constantly. It plays the start up splash screen and then goes to a black screen and plays the intro music on loop until I kill the system.
