Free Vita version with PS3 version, lol. I see no confirmation the other way around
Better buy a bigger fridge for your Vita. I'm sure it's a download code.
And do you have to buy them both at the same time, or do you get a voucher? Is it online downloaded games only, or retail packaged as well?
Ugh. You're probably right. :/Free Vita version with PS3 version, lol. I see no confirmation the other way around

I hope third party companies participate in Cross Buy. I don't want to buy Final Fantasy X and Zone of the Enders HD Collection twice each.
So, could I DL the Vita version and trade-in the PS3 physical copy? Or will this only be for digital downloads?
I see this being an issue as well... how the hell are they going to stop it?
Would it be possible to give one to someone else?

I'm not watching the conference, so this is just a guess, but I would imagine that cross-buy would be a digital exclusive thing. Otherwise, what would be stopping me from buying a physical PS3 version, redeeming the Vita cross-buy voucher, then selling the PS3 disc? There's gotta be some catch, so I'm expecting it to be a PSN-only thing where you get the Vita version free of cost with a purchase of the PS3 version.
Anyways, this is good news. It'll be cool to own these games on both systems, especially with cross platform saves. .
Buy the ps3 or Vita get the other version free
Playstation all stars
Sly 4
R& C Q force
will be the titles available
Yeah, he clearly said buy PS3 and get Vita but no mention of the other.
That's cool with me.
Nice try making it sound negative tho, Wario. Keep up the good work!
A very nice feature. I hope they get at least one third party publisher on board

You don't know if he is.It isn't negative. Just that the OP is wrong so why mislead people?
This is a really strong feature that makes the Vita a much better value (assuming that games people actually want support it).

1. Buying the game at retail on PS3... how would that then get tied to your PSN account? I'm sure retail copies would have to come with a code for Vita.Or it's just PSN Store purchases which are already tied to your account. No need for codes.
It's what makes the most sense and is the norm everywhere.
You don't know if he is.
That's true only if you were planning on buying it for both platforms in the first place. PS Vita (retail) games have thus far been cheaper than PS3 versions ($40 vs $60), so if you were only planning on buying the Vita version this might get you to buy the PS3 version in order to get both except that will now cost you $20 more (assuming my scenario and price assumption is accurate). This is a really strong feature that makes the Vita a much better value (assuming that games people actually want support it).
Should be a platform-wide feature when possible, it would promote cross play as well.
Good to see Sony using the relative platform/control parity wisely.
