I also want Civilization tactical map/board game in some form (though my dream would be Space Hulk in portable form. Oh boy.).

maybe it's just me but Rovio and Gearbox both sounded like they want Sony to port the games to Vita instead of them or just throw some money as ports funding for them.
Don't know why, but at first glance I read SCEA as SEGA and was so confused. >_<
I did the same thing and then I noticed there wasn't a single Sega game and reread the note.
Aren't the MGS HD Collection for Vitas inferior to the PS3 collection anyway ? Vita folks still bought more of 'em than new IPs. People just want to play a mix of good games on the go, new IPs, sequels and ports. There has never been a small device that could achieve similar visuals and controls. Sony should totally capitalize on this before other assorted devices swarm in.
This is partly why it's infuriating to watch Sony squander the opportunities after investing so much already. Actually, they always do this over a slow, extended period, not only to Vita.

If you're referring to US PSN cards, I believe you can buy them on BestBuy with non-American credit cards.

It's not a trick. It looks like Best Buy recommends using that address themselves.
That was a wasted Vita. Warren Spector is a fan of the hardware and yet there's no version of Epic Mickey for Vita.

Let's hope. If it gets XSEED to publish the Kiseki games, I'm all for it, but if a 3DS exclusive game comes out and isn't localized, I'll cry. The Dragon Quest 3DS games are ruining me because I'd import them, but I'm not buying a Japanese 3DS.
