It's the issue of the interest free loan to these companies based on points/money that remain sitting in your account with them because you can't exactly spend down to zero. Up to this point it seemed like it wasn't going to be an issue with the PS Store, but this minimum $5 PS Wallet infusion introduces it. When do you think they're ever going to offer some content for $2.01 or a combination of things that equals that amount?
Oneself said:WTF is wrong with the Sudoku download.. the "download" button just don't appear. There's an ad I can click on but nothing happens.. and it's not up in the demo\downloadable games sections.
Yeah, I guess I didn't think of that.Ignatz Mouse said:The next time you buy something that costs more than $7.01 you'll be all set. I'm not sure if you caught that. You don't need to add money in $5 increments, it's just a $5 minimum.
Bebpo said:I think they should release all games at $2.99. Sure they get less profit, but at $3, almost everyone who owns a system will buy them (If you paid $500+ for a system, $3 should not hurt the wallet). I'd buy every downloadable and PS1 title if they were $3.

Game itself is a solid sudoku game, my PS3 was also hijacked by my non-gamer GF who for the first time should any remote interest for the PS3 since Sudoku was put on it, once you get use to it it gets very easy to input and mark notes (also found that it nice that it'll auto update your notes depending as you fill in the board).

hyp said:the more i play blast factor, the more i'm impressed with it. i was a huge geometry wars fan when it first came out and although it shares similarities to the way it controls, the gameplay mechanics are much more complex. from figuring out the vulnerability of certain enemies, to chain linking and utilizing your blast and wave attacks at the precise moment -- once you get a grasp of what works it's a whole new ballgame.
anyway, just wanted to show some blast factor love. made it in the top 100 at #85 this morning @ 6.9 million. i think this was the first time that it all "clicked" and i finally knew what i was doing. :lol
JeffDowns said:Help me "get it" please. This game gets INSANELY hard all of the sudden on the 4th stage. It goes from extremely easy, to RIDICULOUS.
Q1 07skrew said:does anyone know when calling all cars is supposed to come out?
hyp said:they key is to get enemies in tight groups so that you trigger a chain reaction. by grouping, your chances of chain-linking are higher and it takes less shots to kill multiple enemies. focus on hitting the middle of a tight group causing the cluster of enemies to become destroyed. the best method to group enemies is by using the wave to your advantage. when shit gets hectic, use your blast as a defense, and while everything is slowing down, tilt the controller to push those enemies into the wall.
also learn enemy patterns. for example, the silver guys are like magnets, they follow you no matter what the situation. the greens become aggressive if you do a wave attack and will stalk you like vultures. the ninja-star looking enemies are invulnerable to normal fire and can only be killed in a chain reaction.
i can go more in depth w/ the enemies if you like... just let me know which ones you're having problems with. hope this helps.![]()

Even though you can't purchase anything out of those Asian stores, you can still get demos and videos first, long before they hit the NA store. I set up a Honk Kong account last night and downloaded the Ridge Racer 7 demo and the GT HD Ferrari video.
I set up all my other accounts last night.

mrklaw said:Is there a way to get one of your IDs (for me the US one) sign in automatically? Then if I want the JPN/HK store ID signed in I can do that manually (sign out, sign in with new one)
At the moment I have to choose when the machine starts up which is annoying
