A chain store called Donkii Hoote (Don Quijote) was selling the 20gb PS3s at 39,800 Yen about a week ago which is about 10,000 Yen less than the retail price. The 60gb models were left unchanged and I think the 20gb were only at that price until they ran out of stock.
