im so happy theyve done this. epecially how you can see what the people on your friends list are doing (online, offline, playing what game, etc.)

I'm pretty sure they're just testing the stuff up. They can do anything with it now. Show ur games, trophies, etc... The difficult part is done.

You can do almost all management online too. Like add funds, redeem cards and codes, activate PSPS and all the other Account management features. Plus in the description it says something about your friends list and seeing what your friends are doing and if they are online, what they are playing.

So thats a ton of stuff. Plus I am sure we will have a web version of Trophies and these little links will eventually change to a full profile item.

You need to change the HTML to forum code.

Well, now I've got the PSN ID on my page on playstation.com, but I can't get an image for my "portable ID" like so many others here have gotten.

I logged onto my PS3, and edited my account (just changed my avatar). After that, I tried again, and now it seems to be working.

Try clicking on the "Update Portable ID" button under where it should show up.

umm wtf i got it to work but whats weird is that i made a new email through yahoo (one i signed up with didn't work) and after signing up with ps.com all my id popped in with my new email

Hit Update Portable ID and sign in with the different account. at least for me i can change it.

My profile picture is blank...anyone get to the bottom of this?

My Personal ID page looks like this:

1. I first linked my account at 7:00 AM this morning (16 hours)
2. I logged in and out of my PS3 and my PS Underground several times
3. Cleared cookies
4. Changed my avatar on my PS3

I still just get a blank picture.

Suggestions?

That sounds kind of like what happened to me earlier, as I also registered earlier this morning. I didn't clear my cookies, though I did clear my cache.

I'd say wait about 20 minutes, then try loading it up again.

My samurai avatar looks pretty messed up, like jaggy. I think it isn't properly resized for this or something. Hopefully they look better in the near future, but I like what they are trying to do.

I just had to click the "Update Portable ID" icon to get mine to work.

I doubt that's it (as today was the first time I've ever used firefox)

Edit: Thanks for the suggestion though.
