Because for me, messaging and invites hardly work. The iOS app hardly works. "NAT issues" intermittently arise whenever I'm in party chat, download speeds behave erratically. It's down quite more than it was on PS3 (of course Sony has nothing to do with it). Jesus some of yall would probably take a bullet for this company. It's WEIRD.

The Message/Party system is completely broken, sometimes messages takes up to 15 minutes to load, random party disconnect and random NAT problems, just to say a few of them.

I have zero party issues since launch..... Messages are the only issue I agree with. Party works great.

That's fair to an extent but I will not exactly get mad to the company or act as I don't get that is actually a complex problem to resolve.

we can all see the company is being targeted in a way that they are being blocked from providing a service

it is not rational to expect a consumer to sit back and wait for a complex issue to be addressed or resolved if they feel they are not getting what they paid for

we can all agree that these hackers are assholes but it does not mean Sony the company gets a free pass for not being able to provide you with something you paid for - I spend money and get a sometimes working item I'm not going to sit around being understanding about it


money has been paid for a service there is nothing left to it but to expect what you paid for to be delivered

If you think it is reasonable to spend money on something that "sometimes" works then this is the level of service you will alway get for your money

I don't work for Sony my feeling is they owe me a working service or refund
If you can't block hackers don't get into a business where a hacker is a thing that could affect your ability to deliver

I'm a gaming fan I see the issue is complex but $500+ investment comes with expectations

No one is talking about maintenance here, I agree Sony does need to get that sorted but if you sign in before your good.....
