The vibe I get is the chief and Juliet are "wink wink nod nod"ing it. While Lassie screams he is faking.

Anyone else think the writers are punishing Gus with women because Dule's wife like a 12 on a 10 scale?

It's hard to say really. I'm sure nobody really believes hes a psychic..but they go along with it because he's good at his job.

Who is his wife? Will have to google that later. I think they punish him because its fucking hilarious. His candy eating this last episode was great as well.

"Help yourself to the minibar"
"I have been waiting to hear those words my entire life"

Great episode for a season finale. I have to say this season of Psych was on fire...I don't think there was a bad episode in the bunch. The only thing I missed was having the continuous thread of the Yin/Yang saga between seasons. I think the cliffhanger ending would have been cooler if I felt like it was leading to a mystery next season...the cliffhanger is probably going to be wrapped up in the first episode back, though.

I'd like to see Psych tackle a season-long mystery either next season or for its last season (hopefully its last season isn't next season). It would add some gravitas to the season finale that's missing now that Yin/Yang is wrapped up.

Just watched. Cliffhanger felt like it was contract driven. I have no idea if that's the case but just the way it played out. I thought the final lacked a lot of humor compared to other episodes but really dug in on the actual characters and relationships.

Some great, GREAT episodes this season. Show continues to deliver and whoever writes for it has an ability to think up unique and fun situations for a show that's premise is pretty repetitive.

I think my favorite this season was the episode where Shawn and Gus end up working at the psych. facility.

Agreed. The lack of an overarching mystery (now that the Yin/Yang story is over) sort of makes the show feel a little hollow.

I hated the ying/yang story arch... Between that and shawns mom I nearly lost faith. This was a good change of pace. No outlandish over the top serial killers. Instead we discover a plot twist that provides a lot of potential inner turmoil for Henry. The discovery that his entire career was marred by betrayal and corruption. Should be interesting to see how this affects his pysche and character.

HOLY SHIT MUSICAL EPISODE

The long-running USA Network satire plans to stage a two-hour musical episode during its upcoming seventh season, series creator Steve Franks confirmed to me Thursday at TVLine’s Comic-Con interview suite.
Franks, who was joined by his Psych leading men James Roday and Dule Hill, also shared scoop on that killer Henry cliffhanger, the Clue-themed 100th episode and whether Season 7 will be the show’s last.

Video here.

Edit: It it just me, or does it seem like Ausiello hates James Roday throughout this whole interview?

Wow, 2 hours, sounds awesome. Love this show.

The scene in the final episode of the series where Lassie finds out he is not psychic better be amazing.

Other than that, all in.

Who's going to make the Season 7 |OT|?

Also, I just rewatched A Very Juliet Episode, and did Scott ever come back in Season 5?
