I don't care for Laura Bailey's Chun-Li honestly. I feel bad saying that because I like her in so many other roles.

I'm in the same boat. Usually Laura's one of my favourite voice actors, but her Chun is forgettable.

I also think it depends on the CA. I've seen a video of Nash doing his CA and the other character blocks it with no health. There's no damage on the start of his CA since it's just about him dashing/teleporting behind his opponent to initiate the attack, so there's no way for it to chip.

Right, but why do they insist in pretend parries are a trademark of Ryu or whatever? Ryu ain't about that life. If anything, Ken is the character that immortalized parries with the evo moment #37, even if it was an universal mechanic. And Ryu with Shory FADC Ultra, but they give Ken the FADC mechanic and Ryu the parry.
