Honestly one of the best E3 conferences I've ever seen.

Solid 9/10

No filler, all games. Even if I didn't care for some of the games, as a general approach to appealing to us gamers Microsoft really fucking delivered.

5/10

They opened with the most impressive game of the entire conference, and it wasn't even exclusive.
I applaud them for showing plenty of games though, even if many of them look unfinished and kind of generic.

7/10

Titanfall looked really cool but that was the best game there.

Ryse looked really good but wasn't impressed with the gameplay, was mainly QTE from what they've shown and I hate QTE.

The Max game for 360 looked really cool, I like the art style for it.

$499 is way above what I would pay for a console nowadays.

Still don't want to pay for Live.

All of the surface stuff just seems like a gimmick that a very small amount of people will actually use.

6.5 Purely based on the games shown.

Most of the exclusives except for TitanFall didn't really interest me, but TitanFall is coming to PC too.

8/10

Loved the focus on games. That's how you do it.

Titanfall looked fucking excellent. Too bad I have no plans to get an Xbone.

-72/10 for the three interesting things they showed (Insomniac, Titanfall, MGS5) minus the £75 the console is overpriced by.

Really? 3/10 2/10? Show more games? I've always been Sony, but that was pretty impressive the amount of games they showed. KI3, MGS5, Ryse, Titanfall, Dead Rising 3, Halo, Darksouls 2, Insomiac Exclusive game, Crimson Dragon, Witcher 3, Quantum Break... you guys are nuts!

Showing multiplat games at an e3 press conference is the dumbest thing in the world.

I didn't like the games they have shown, to me, the highlight was Insomniac's game (and I don't like Insomniac). For now, it seems easy for me, not to buy an Xbone.

8/10

great games, steep price, but I was coming in thinking it would be terrible

the rumors of an underpowered console proven false? micosoft only one promising 60 frames? lets see that sony press conference

As a press conference I thought it was very well done and effective. I don't care about technical hiccups, that happens, it's fine.

I think most of the games looked cool even if a lot of them aren't anything that excites me personally.

Expensive.... but honestly, who expected next gen to be cheap? I predict PS4 will be the same price.

7.5/10. I'm pretty cynical, but I saw some pretty decent AAA (forza) and an indie title (Below) and some stuff in between (Crimson dragon) that all got my attention. Good to seem games looking good (Frostbite 3)

I have the worst violent shoot fatigue, but holy shit did Titanfall look fun.

$499 is hight.

Ball is still in Sony's court for my $$

5/10

Lots of games but too much of it was recorded or orchestrated. Far too much over-reliance on cut scenes rather than gameplay. Still no answers either. MGS5 was great, Killer Instinct and possibly Dead Rising. All the FPS at the end ruined it for me though.

8/10

Minus 2 points for the insane pricing of the console

All you guys bitching about how poor the conference was are out of your minds, especially considering the last few MS E3 conferences. Not a single Kinect game announced today!

7/10 Lots of games shown but mostly nothing that I particullary care about, The Witcher, Spark were great surprises. Lots of shooters that look like each other and the price tag was a punch in the dick.

8.5/10

I thought this was a really good conference in terms of introducing a bunch of titles on various genres. Lots of announcements, exclusives, and a surprising amount of gameplay for lots of them. It does kinda show that the leap to next-gen isn't that great though, since most of it was just better looking version of stuff we already have. Nothing particularly groundbreaking.

The price was awful though. That'll probably haunt MS the most unless Sony fucks it up even more later.

7.5
Dead Rising 3 looks amazing, as does TitanFall, and Quantum Break.
D4 looks interesting but the implied Kinect gameplay is disappointing.

Genuinely surprised at the lack of Kinect demos, though. Kudos, Microsoft.

Pretty solid conference. Way more games then I expected (and even a few cool ones). Though I have to say that it wasn't hard to entertain me compared to previous years.
+1 for TitanFall
-1 for the price

7.5/10

I'd give it a C-, and that's being generous. Not enough that really stood out for me in terms of exclusives, and nothing that made me forget about the debacle surrounding the console itself.

Presentation:

Microsoft delivered a solid, well paced conference with some decent surprises, but like last year, things were leaked out months before. However, . I was surprised by the lack of a price cut for Xbox 360, and the presentation was slightly hurt by audio going out during two of the game trailers for Crimson Dragon and Battlefield 4. Overall, Microsoft kept its promise to focus on games and leave the other shit out that most of us were underwhelmed by during the initial unveiling of the Xbox One.

Announced games:

I imagine Xbox fans are content with it, but I'd lower it to a 6.5 score on a personal note. There were too many shooters and cinematic games with streamlined gameplay. That stuff just isn't my cup of tea and Xbox One's next-gen graphics didn't wow me much either (and this is coming from someone who didn't do much gaming on an HD console/PC in the last generation). Xbox Live remains behind a pay wall which is a major deal breaker, and the $499 price along with the Microsoft's anti-consumer policies further demonstrate that Xbox brand just is not for me. The only games that interested me were Dark Souls 2, Witcher 3, and

Total: 7.5

5/10

Two games got me excited, both were multiplat. That is a problem for MS, but they have the shooter crowd in a trance I'd bet.

Quantity over quality, 5/10. So tired of military shooters.

FM 5 and Quantum Break looked good I guess.

I'm sure the new Halo is gonna be quality as well, but they didn't really show anything and we knew it was coming so it doesn't really count.

Still pissed off about what DR 3 is shaping up to be.

Ryse looked great at first as I'm a junkie for Roman stuff but the game itself looks incredibly lame to me. I would kill for a GTA style game set in ancient Rome, guess I'll have to wait. Maybe Ryse 2 is gonna pull a RDR and go open world, who knows xd

To sum it up, it's extremely unlikely I'm getting a Xbone, certainly not at launch.

The price sucked and some of the games werent that impressive but this is the type of conference everyone always wants. No dancing, singing, random celebrities, and little Kinect.

8/10

People tend to forget how bad these normally are

They showed games. That's a fact. Felt like a LOT of shooters though. :/

5/10

Would've been higher if it weren't for $499 though.

8.5/10

The best Xbox E3 conference in years. Even though it was lacking in terms of Xbox One exclusives I was interested in (Killer Instinct aside) it still had plenty of great games I'm looking forward to. (MGSV, Dark Souls II, TitanFall, The Witcher 3)

If they lose points on anything, its the price point of $499.

9/10

They didnt do numbers, they didnt do kinect or family friendly games. IT was 100% straight to the games. Almost a perfect score, only didnt give a perfect because i wasnt into every game they showed..but thats impossible
